As a customer service representative, you are a critical communicator between Chick-fil-A Supply and Chick-fil-A Operators and their Restaurants regarding their orders and deliveries. Responsibilities
To be successful, the customer service representative will embrace Chick-fil-As culture of caring to champion best-in-class customer service and related technology. In this role, you will maintain customer service data/metrics and use them to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. You may field complaints and inquiries from Restaurants, and you may sometimes need to escalate those inquiries further.
As the customer service representative, you also will be a key driver of resolving issues between the Distribution Center and Restaurants. You will collaborate with DC leaders to consistently push excellent customer service and gather feedback on customer issues to identify and advise on improvement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders including Restaurant Operators and Distribution Center management
- Be adaptable and respond professionally to challenging situations
- Manage pressure and conflicting demands
- Be attentive, respectful and mindful of Chick-fil-As culture of caring at all times to ensure customer requests are understood and resolved
- Proactively resolve concerns
- Demonstrate helpful and effective telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Have at least one year of experience in B2B customer service
- Have experience with a CRM system

**Job Summary**
As the Restaurant&Hospitality Services Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations and private dining/events for a new restaurant within for a premier corporate client. This role requires hands-on operational leadership, event expertise, and the ability to train, mentor, and encourage your team in the art of fine dining, from detailed steps of service to magnificent event execution, ensuring every guest experience reflects the standards of R/A and the client.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Hire, train, and develop all FOH staff in fine dining service standards, with a focus on the complete steps of service from greeting to farewell.
+ Conduct detailed training programs and pre-shift meetings to reinforce service standards, menu knowledge, wine pairing expertise, and guest engagement techniques.
+ Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and pars to maintain food and beverage cost controls.
+ Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure menu knowledge and seamless communication across departments.
+ Manage reservation systems, create daily seating charts and station assignments, and oversee guest flow.
+ Ensure the dining room and service areas are immaculate in presentation and organization.
+ Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
+ Drive private dining and event sales through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
+ Conduct site visits, develop proposals, and manage contracts for private events.
+ Partner with culinary and beverage teams to design tailored menus and experiences.
+ Oversee the execution of private events to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
+ Track event sales metrics and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred, or equivalent fine dining/event management experience.
+ 6+ years in upscale or fine dining, with at least 2 years in management and event sales exposure.
+ Proven expertise in training teams on fine dining steps of service, wine knowledge, and guest engagement.
+ Strong background in food, wine, and beverage service, with the ability to enhance client and guest experiences.
+ Skilled in hiring, developing, and coaching staff to deliver exceptional service.
+ Experience managing P&L of a restaurant or venue
+ Track record in planning, marketing, and executing special events and promotions.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
+ Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to perform under pressure.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
