Description
Objective: The supervisor is responsible to plan, organize, control, and direct the work of the front of house staff. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
Leadership Effectiveness
- Leads employees by setting a positive example of operational discipline and inspired hospitality.
- Supports the continuous growth and development of all FOH employees.
- Provides a superior hospitality and culinary experience for all restaurant guests. Assists the operations manager with implementing, and reinforcing operational standards, procedures and systems to ensure a superior guest hospitality experience.

- Monitors daily scheduling process to ensure appropriate staffing levels to maintain customer service levels and profit goals
- Ensures that all service staff members and bartenders serve and handle alcohol responsibly and in accordance with federal, state and local guidelines
- Manages the safety, sanitation, and cleanliness practices of all FOH operations in the restaurant
- Maintains a superior understanding of food and beverage standards and trends; guides and protects the food, beverage, and service experience.
- Manages and rectifies guest complaints, issues, and concerns.

**Job Overview**
Assist Restaurant Manager in all phases of restaurant operations. Responsible for complete restaurant operation in absence of manager.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor servers, runners, and other restaurant associates and ensure adherence to all service standards and SOPs, including inspecting staff for correct, clean, complete uniform, clean polished shoes, name tag and general appearance standards.
+ Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.
+ Assist manager to establish and monitor side-work duty completion.
+ Maintain bank to SOP, keep it balanced and secure at all times.

**Knowledge/Skills**
+ Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession. This includes experiential knowledge required for management of people and/or complex problems and food and beverage management.
+ Must have excellent oral communication for communicating with guests and associates, issuing instructions and communicating policies.
+ Excellent comprehension for assisting with guest and associate matters. Interpreting instructions from superiors.

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor --- a part-time/full-time permanent position in our Restaurant Operations.
The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team in the achievement of the Store Business Goals thru effective implementation of specific operations support activities in the following areas, as assigned:
- Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program
- Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
- Implement assigned Cost Management activity
- Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program
Job Requirements :
- Completed at least High school education.
- At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
- High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable
- Computer literate in MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
