The Project Manager plans for and designates project resources, develops budgets, and directs progress. - Working closely with the Project Team, managing construction projects from initial client contact and proposal phases to the hand-off to the field superintendents through the accounting project close.
- Oversees the planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project.
- Mentors assigned Assistant Project Manager(s) and ensure proper Company procedures are followed.
- Establishes, maintains, and fosters positive long-term client relationships.
- Leads preconstruction process to include site surveys and site walks, subcontractor selection, and preparation of client proposals.
- Partners with estimating to develop and generate bid packages.
- Schedules through preconstruction and construction phases while managing milestones and timelines.
- Participates in the award process and preparation of subcontract agreements.
- Develops and prepares budgets and estimates for all design stages, from conceptual through final construction documents; plans and designates project resources and oversees progress.
- Manages master schedules, project timelines, and milestones.
- Provides updates and weekly schedules for all current and prospective projects to owners/executive management.
- Coordinates acquisition of all required permits.
- Verifies inspection schedules and reports.
- Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of all subcontracts and change orders.
- Ensures weekly customer update reports for clients and the Company are accurate and timely.
- Verifies employee time allocated to projects is correct; ensures weekly timeliness and accuracy of timesheets for all on-site personnel.
- Serves as a responsible leader, through the direction and guidance of the Company, to ensure all safety requirements for assigned projects are upheld, adhering to all aspects of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program, both for self-protection and the protection of co-workers, subcontractors, the public, and customer representatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5 years experience with related project management experience or equivalent.
- Degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success with measurable achievements and leadership roles.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the project.
- Preconstruction process experience, including site surveys and site walks, subcontractor selection, and preparation of client proposals.
- Scheduling, purchasing, estimating experience, and managing personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Experience with projects in the retail, fast-casual dining, quick-service dining, and hospitality sectors is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
- Ability to perform cost-to-complete analysis for each assigned project.
- Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft software suite. Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline), PlanGrid, and Bluebeam is a plus.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Able to identify a need, remove barriers, and have the know-how to make things happen.

We're seeking a **seasoned, results-driven Global Accounts Manager** to lead the global expansion of **Oracle Simphony** across all segments in the **restaurant industry** .
In this **high-impact, individual contributor role,** you'll be t **he primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts.**
Your mission: **Drive net new and install base growth in a targeted list of high value accounts that are leaders in their segment.** You'll manage enterprise deals, develop go-to-market strategies, and help some of the world's most recognized restaurant brands modernize their Point of Sale platform.

Responsibilities
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Selling Oracle Point of Sale and related technologies and services to prospective and existing customers across active install base
+ Serve as the Oracle Restaurant Sales primary point of contact for portfolio of strategic high value accounts
+ Developing and maintaining a high-value working relationship with senior customer personnel
+ Developing an overall account sales strategy and communicate across the globe to all ASR's working on the account
+ Serving as the lead to a virtual, global sales team that is providing regional support
+ Identifying short- and longer-term sales opportunities
+ Being accountable for sales execution in the account globally
+ Collaborating with Strategy, Product Development, Consulting and Support colleagues to ensure a close-loop feedback mechanism for ongoing solution development, account penetration and customer loyalty
+ Engage with internal executive leadership to represent the Restaurant strategic account portfolio in sales leadership, forecast, and budget meetings providing insights, updates, and strategic input on pipeline and performance.
+ Influence Without Authority. Ability to drive outcomes and align stakeholders across sales, product, and operations even without direct reporting lines.
**Requirements:**
+ Deep understanding of the Restaurants Point of Sale ecosystem software and hardware ecosystem (Labor, Inventory, Reporting and Analytics, Mobility, Payments, fixed and handheld hardware)
+ 10 - 12 years sales experience required.
+ 5+ years of sales experience in the **Restaurants** a plus
+ Prior Oracle sales experience a plus.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills
+ Strong collaboration skills with experience supporting cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Product, and Field Sales.
+ Proven track record as an individual sales contributor quota carrying role.
+ Highly resourceful and technically curious; able to navigate complex customer environments and understand high-level solution architecture.
+ Understanding of pipeline & forecast management leveraging CRM a must.
+ Proficiency in PowerPoint (presentations), Excel (pricing models), and Word (contracts/proposals).
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule supporting multiple times zones (i.e. US, UK)

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,600 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.

PURPOSE
The General Manager is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of the venues profit & loss (P&L), driving the marketing and sales functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the business. The General Manager will be fully responsible for effectively planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit making results.

- Complete or verify completion of nightly logs and manager reports
- Monitor and enforce inventory controls
- Monitor guest satisfaction on all levels, including social media platforms
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation requirements follow applicable state and federal laws

Some of the additional duties as a Food Service Worker is the cleaning of the kitchen and dining room and dishwashing throughout your day. POSITION SUMMARY
This position works as a member of the food service team on one or more assignments in cleaning, food preparation, patient trayline or retail café. Provides service and assistance to patients, staff and other customers in accordance with established dietary and retail cafe policies and procedures.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Sets up work station and prepares all assigned foods and nourishments in the correct quantities, following established procedures, portion control and food quality standards. Assures that food presentation continually meets standards.
2. Cleans and sanitizes dishes, flatware, trays, cups, glasses and cooking utensils. Also cleans and sanitizes designated equipment and kitchen areas disposing of all waste materials. Monitors dish machine temperature.
3. Maintains par levels of foods and/or supplies in assigned areas, orders and/or restocks items in accordance with established routines, rotates food stocks, checks expiration dates.
4. Checks and records food and equipment temperatures according to defined procedures, and reports any discrepancies to the supervisor.
5. May deliver meals, nourishments, late trays and/or tube feedings to units; return excess nourishments as requested. May also assist in catering or special event service.
6. May handle transactions at cash register (if applicable) and/or cafe.
7. This position interacts with other food service department personnel, hospital staff, patients and families. Requires the ability to follow a work routine with regular supervision, to work quickly and correctly while providing good customer service and maintaining sanitation standards. The work requires the ability to follow instructions and guidelines for the use of cleaning chemicals and be able to work in physical contact with them.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
