Responsibilities:- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.)
- Set up staging area and equipment for each project
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction
- Ensure clear two-way communication with Crew Chiefs and other Technicians
- Relay customer needs and concerns
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
- Leave job sites looking clean and orderly
- A valid driver's license is required
- A professional appearance and great attitude
- Willing to be on call occasionally because we provide 24 hour emergency services
- Some night and weekend work is required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
- Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold.
- Survey damage within the property
- Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property.
- Cleaning process for both contents and structural damage.
- Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools.
- Clean up assigned job sites after demolition.
- Perform initial site visits.
- Conduct moisture inspections.
- Set restoration equipment within guidelines.
- Complete notes of assigned jobs in our primary App (MICA).
- Contact the customer of assigned jobs with ETA.
- Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process.
- Responsible for maintaining assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment.
- Keep equipment clean and organized in the Warehouse.
- Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas.
- Responsible for recording your time and coding it to the job assigned.
- IICRC certifications (IICRC classes offered from time to time)
- Assist in the development of new hires through on the job training.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience
- 1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
- Associate or bachelor's Degree
- One or more years' experience within the restoration industry

- Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment.
- Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message.'
- Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers.
- Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
