Job Summary
United Legwear is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Ted Baker Bloomingdale's Huntington location. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the Ted Baker brand's high standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding shopping experience.

Essential Functions (including but not limiting to) :

People

  • A high level of team participation, working with integrity and respect for others.

  • Develop strategic partnerships and maintain productive relationships with host store partners.
Product
  • Use all available Ted's trainings, tools and information to keep up to date on current product and increase awareness of the product in terms such as Called, Color, Composition, Cost, Care, Cut (The 6 C's.)
  • Use product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer loyalty to the brand.
  • Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures and housekeeping standards to ensure that Ted is represented at the highest level.
  • Support the management team with executing visual merchandising directives.
Commercial
  • Demonstrate all requirements of Ted's trainings and standards.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in fashion.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
