About The Role

The expected salary range for this role is $80,000.00-$95,000.00.   5. Oversee the implementation of specialty yield management pricing strategies and provide ongoing status/performance updates.

  7. Maintain careful oversight of costs, margins, and price feeds to ensure data accuracy for assigned retail locations.

The salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This role is also eligible to receive a short-term incentive bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Category Analyst, to manage portions of our premier client's Worldwide Returns & Recommerce Team's category P&L, develop and execute plans to drive revenue and margin improvements, and deliver actionable insights that influence the organization's Resale business strategy. You'll work cross-functionally with business, operations, and technical teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and use data to guide decision-making. This role is ideal for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional with strong retail or operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This is a 6-month contract, working onsite in Bellevue, WA offering potential for extension or conversion.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage category P&L segments, driving revenue and profitability improvements through pricing, inventory, and merchandising strategies.
• Analyze large datasets using Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve customer and seller issues.
• Prepare and present insights for weekly and monthly business reviews, including dashboards and reports.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (product, operations, and engineering teams) to influence strategy and execution.

Basic Qualifications
