Our Stylist role creates an engaging francesca's guest experience for every guest, every time they shop in our boutique. In this role, you will exude warmth and positive energy, initiating conversation and connecting with guests in a genuine, fun way. While the primary focus of the Stylist role is guest experience, additional responsibilities include:

• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique point-of-sale system.
• Embracing product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire the guest.
• Assisting to maintain a visually inspiring boutique including recovery and replenishment of product.

In this role, you will work at an assigned store location and play a key part in ensuring the operation of the facility is safe, customer-focused, and profitable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily cash handling and transactions
• Cleaning and maintaining lighting and fixtures
• Ensuring the security of inventory and currency to prevent theft and minimize inventory loss

You will report to the Store Manager and will receive direct supervision in alignment with the well-defined policies and procedures of United Pacific. To succeed in this role, you should be able to:

• Learn to operate the cash register and computer systems
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Work independently in the store for extended periods
• Provide proof of authorization to work in the United States upon hire
• Work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
• Stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 20 lbs
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds overhead for up to 30 minutes during the workday
