Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Cleans all areas of the Facility (for example, floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) while following Company procedures, guidelines, and methods, and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility, including ensuring that chemical supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers in preparation for their use and placing orders to replenish supplies are low.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $3.00*

Job SummaryOur Retail Closing Specialist Intern will work side by side with our team and will be challenged and provided with tremendous growth opportunities, learning the primary responsibilities of loan closing preparation and collaborating with various teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Prepare non-consumer loan documents from approval through finalization. Including monitoring of appraisal and closing conditions. Once the loan is underwritten, responsible for all aspects of loan closing preparation and completing post-closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy of loan pricing and fees and document any exception approvals, prepare rate lock agreement and monitor closing deadlines.
- Complete loan verification requirements related to loan documents, review entity and trust documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Partner with respective parties to ensure loan conditions are satisfied, initiate title work, and resolve any issues.
- Approve loan disbursements and book loans. Responsible for perfecting lien position, including recording and filing documents timely, following up on UCC terminations or other lien releases, obtaining vehicle titles, and ensuring first lien position with final title policy or final title opinion.
- Must be available to travel to Omaha, NE three times during the internship: for Orientation, Mid-Summer, and Closing events. Travel expenses will be covered.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar field of study
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Available for a 12-week internship during the summer
- Qualified interns will receive a competitive hourly wage and $500 sign-on bonus

Play an active role in helping both your store and your customer win.
- Create a positive, inviting environment for customers as you learn their tech and overall needs
- Stay current on technology products, offerings and services to offer a total solution
- Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor
- Ensure the Tech department achieves key metrics, including profitable sales
- Be flexible on various responsibilities (e.g., cashier, merchandising, returns, other duties as assigned)
Essential skills and experience:
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on the stores needs
- Strong customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
- Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
