Now we need someone who can kick open retail doors and scale us into chains nationwide. Your job? Land new accounts. Manage brokers. Hustle deals to the finish line.
What Youll Own:
Retail Chain Growth: Open new accounts across grocery, mass, club, convenience, and drugstore chains.
Broker Management: Keep brokers motivated and accountable. Cut dead weight. Add better talent.
Pitching & Closing: Secure buyer meetings. Crush the pitch. Handle follow-up like a closer.
Strategy Execution: Set sales goals. Track performance. Scale with precision.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with ops, finance, and leadership to ensure launch success.
You Are:
37 years in CPG sales, preferably beverages
A proven chain account closer
Broker-savvy you know how to drive results, not babysit
Detail-driven, persistent, and hungry to win
Comfortable traveling and leading from the front
Bonus Points:
DSD and warehouse model experience
Retail buyer relationships
Fluent in Excel, POS data, and retailer systems
Compensation & Perks:
Base salary: $75,000 $05,000, depending on experience
Performance-based bonus: 25,000 60,000+ (uncapped for top performers)
Bonuses may be tied to:
% of gross profit from new accounts
Flat-rate per chain opened or milestones hit
Tiered incentives based on annual sales volume
Autonomy and leadership access direct line to company leadership
