This hybrid role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in retail operations, staff management, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, maintaining high customer service standards, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include managing inventory, implementing operational policies, optimizing staffing levels, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the retail landscape. You will work closely with store managers and regional directors to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees. This position requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on management, with the flexibility to work both in the office and at various store locations. Key Responsibilities:
