Our client is seeking a highly analytical Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join their retail operations team in Fort Worth, Texas, US . This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize inventory management, logistics, and overall supply chain efficiency to support our extensive retail network. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, forecasting demand, and developing strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and profitability by ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts, inventory levels, and safety stock strategies.
  • Optimize logistics and transportation planning to reduce costs and transit times.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product flow.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations within the retail industry.
  • Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and network optimization.
  • Proficiency with supply chain planning software and analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA/Blue Yonder, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
