Job Description
Position Responsibilities :
+ Partners with RGM & Customer Leadership Teams on annual business planning and performance management for national and regional retail chains for assigned supplier(s)
+ Serve as the supplier brand conduit in building commercial programming and pricing strategies in partnership with RGM, identifying key market risks and opportunities to accelerate brand performance
+ Stewards retail business forecasting with RGM Forecasting Manager and Account Team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy, product availability, and elite OTIF scores
+ Coordinate with supplier on sales tools (point of sale), including the order processes, warehouse routing, communication, and distribution to retail accounts
+ Deploy and track key performance indicators across display, distribution, revenue, margin, and share
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's D egree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma /General Education Diploma and 9 plus years of experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master's Degree
