Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Development
- Build and manage partnerships with major U.S. retailers (Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Costco, etc.).

What You'll Do
+ Translate complex data and analyses around growth, engagement, and product experiments into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders across Executive Leadership, Growth, Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Communications, and external partners
+ Develop, monitor, and analyze dashboards focused on key growth and engagement metrics including daily active users, time spent, new users, retention, reactivation, and feature-level engagement patterns
+ Create scalable reporting and communication systems to drive company-wide visibility into growth strategy and progress against large-scale efforts
+ Build alignment around our global and regional growth narratives by gathering cross-functional input and perspectives in drafting written updates and presentations
+ Support the process of identifying important growth decision points and securing organizational and executive buy-in
+ Analyze performance across key metrics and experimental outcomes to derive actionable growth insights, surface anomalies in need of further investigation, and advocate for high-impact opportunities
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
+ Deep familiarity with growth experimentation frameworks and growth and engagement metrics
+ Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into a clear and persuasive narrative
+ Proven ability to design and implement scalable reporting ecosystems
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
+ 4+ years of experience in growth, strategy, analytics, product management, or other related role (e.g., finance, consulting) with a focus in technology, social media, or mobile communication
+ Experience building analyses and models with Google Sheets or Excel and presentations with Google Slides or PowerPoint (or relevant technology)
+ Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience at a high-growth tech company, ideally within consumer or mobile app environments
+ Strong passion for Snap's mission, product, and culture
