Essential Pieces of the Position:
- Serves as primary point of contact for Retail Support Help Desk. Monitors RS Hunt Group phone and RS Help Desk email. Utilizes ticketing software to monitor and document all help desk requests in a timely manner. Researches and resolves issues and ensures adherence to bank policies and procedures, referring significant exceptions to Retail Support Analyst.
- Responsible for reviewing, compiling and generating branch data and reports, as applicable.
- Monitors ticketing software, addressing employee access requests, as well as accommodates requests for float drawer assignments and level changes, following appropriate procedures and obtaining necessary approvals, where needed.
- Notifies managers of errors made by their team including encoding errors, scanning errors, processing errors etc., providing necessary details for coaching purposes and assisting with error correction, when appropriate.
- Tests and provides feedback on procedure drafts, coordinating testing with branch employees, when necessary
- Completes quarterly review of NSBeacon, updating as employees, duties and departments change.
- Tracks, compiles and organizes check order invoices, ensuring proper channels are followed for bank-charged orders, and presenting invoice/s for approval with narrative of exceptions.
- Reconcile Retail Support test accounts, forwarding required documentation for approval and tracking purposes.
- Fosters strong relationships with internal and external contacts, including other business lines and vendor partners
- High school diploma.
- Possesses working knowledge of internal bank operations.
- Possesses working knowledge of, BPM and Teller systems.
- Strong PC skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel systems.
- Technical aptitude with outstanding troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with adept professional presentation skills.
