This full time position will work at our Countryside Retail Store location.
The associate will engage with customers to process their purchases and create an
overall pleasant shopping experience, as well as maintain the brand standard and
cleanliness of the store.
Duties
- Complete customer purchases, boosts sales by promoting key items & new products during customer interactions.
- Complete customer pickup orders.
- Process in store returns/exchanges, answers store phone, learns product features & brand story.
- Setup store displays as directed, replenish inventory from back stock.
- Keep displays tidy and organized.
- Clean sales floor/backroom/restroom.
- Follow store guidelines for opening and closing procedures.
- Count the till and keeps accurate record of store cash.
Must have night and weekend availability (specifically Sundays). Shifts are generally 9am-8pm.

Job OverviewThe Retail Store Associate is responsible for a high level of quality service for internal and external customers, accurate processing of returns, orders and product information. During down time, this position will repair, label and stamp parts as needed.
Here Are The Specifics- Assist customers by providing product and service information, sell product, and suggest additional product.
- Enter orders into SOP computer program, process payments, returns, provide accurate charges and changes.
- Pull orders from the warehouse, create accurate invoicing and deliver product to the pertinent location.

- Reverse loan ticket when it is returned and return to appropriate location.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues and follow up on inquires not immediately resolved.
- Distribute returned products to quality control (QC) department, pick up and place in appropriate location after disposition has been made.
- Recognize, document, and alert purchasing and CX manager of trends and recommend process improvements.
- Safely drive tugger, forklift (if certified), pallet jack and ride bike to retrieve product as needed
- Assist in repairing of products, labeling or stamping products.
