Position Summary 

The Warehouse Associate – Stocking is responsible for accurately stocking, organizing, and replenishing automotive products within the warehouse. This role supports order fulfillment by ensuring products are placed in the correct locations, inventory is properly rotated, and warehouse areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Accurately stock and replenish shelves, bins, and storage areas with incoming products. 

• Assist in receiving, sorting, and verifying shipments. 

• Maintain proper labeling, bin assignments, and product organization to ensure efficient retrieval. 

• Follow established procedures to ensure inventory accuracy. 

• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified). 

• Support overall warehouse operations, including assisting with order pulling and loading as needed. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

The Warehouse Stocker is responsible for accurately, neatly and efficiently stocking and scanning all types of products into the warehouse, assists in correcting any stocking mistakes discovered, and assists in the general housekeeping of the warehouse. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to manage our inventory operations.
+ This person will be analytical, highly organized and have a strong attention to detail.
+ They will have knowledge of inventory management principles and familiarity with inventory systems (preferably Fishbowl). Inventory stock levels will need to be maintained based on the needs of our field tech/engineers.

Job Description:
The Inventory Management Support Clerk will be responsible for accurately keeping inventory control in ERP system and physical locations. This could include receiving material into stock and putting away into new location, transacting material for kits or electronic requests, physically moving material and transacting location moves, physical inventory counts throughout the year, delivering parts to labs whether in kits or electronic requests, etc. and other stockroom functions designated by management. The ERP system is used for all transactions.
Essential Functions:
+ Receiving ensuring that all incoming materials, parts, supplies, and equipment are properly received, inspected, and documented.
+ Storing managing inventory and ensuring that all items are stored in a safe, organized, and accessible manner.
+ Distribution coordinating timely and efficient distribution of materials and parts to various departments or locations as needed.
+ Support for programs providing specific logistical support tailored to the needs of different programs.
+ Maintain clean and safe working environment
+ Must be able to work in other areas to help the business needs.
Qualifications:
+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
+ Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
