**What you'll do**
+ Maintain responsibility for the material purchasing process including issuing POs, determining appropriate timing of material orders (ensuring best price) and purchase tracking (ensuring in-time delivery)

The Inventory Management Support Clerk will be responsible for accurately keeping inventory control in ERP system and physical locations. This could include receiving material into stock and putting away into new location, transacting material for kits or electronic requests, physically moving material and transacting location moves, physical inventory counts throughout the year, delivering parts to labs whether in kits or electronic requests, etc. and other stockroom functions designated by management. The ERP system is used for all transactions.
Essential Functions:
+ Receiving ensuring that all incoming materials, parts, supplies, and equipment are properly received, inspected, and documented.
+ Storing managing inventory and ensuring that all items are stored in a safe, organized, and accessible manner.
