Retail Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting our guests and keeping our stores in-stock, clean and organized. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support the manager in day to day operations. You will be cross-trained in all areas of the store, gaining valuable operations experience. Travel: 5%. May be asked to work in other nearby stores occasionally.

Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
  • Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
  • Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
  • Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
  • Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger.
  • Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner, refunds are issued accurately using the correct payment methods, and returned merchandise is processed or staged in the returns area correctly.
  • Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
  • Ensure that Zipline messages are communicated and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.
  • Ensure team members are adhering to the posted work schedule, changes/deviations are being approved by a member of management, and team members are clocking in/out according to company policy.
  • Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy, preparing bank deposits as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors and securing building, arming/disarming security alarms, and checking/securing/locking delivery vehicle(s) parked in secure designated area.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities:

Required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Desired:

  • Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
  • Automotive systems and repair knowledge
  • ASE Certification
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

**CROSSMARK** is seeking an energetic, creative individual to execute a variety of merchandise and product services at Walmart stores. Enjoy a flexible schedule while learning about your favorite in-store products. We'll get you up to speed and working quickly with our online training and learning materials. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and are willing to work independently and as part of a great team!

**What You'll Do** :
+ Merchandise, reset, and restock books, magazines, and other in-store products following the planogram.
+ Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
+ Upload store visit photos to a mobile application.
**What We're Looking For** :
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.
+ Previous retail and planogram experience preferred.
+ Access and be comfortable using a smart device.
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team with integrity and professionalism.
+ Available between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday.
+ Lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60lbs on occasion.
