Respond to all inquiries via e-mail and general telephone received from customers, dealerships and end users and provide a consistently superior customer experience at all times by meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations.

Use expert knowledge to perform tasks related to retailer support including dealer setup, cancelation and transfer processing, user support in retailer portal, rate questions and any other requests. Working closely with the claims and field management team to receive, resolve and respond to any escalations

Responsibilities

Support and Customer Service

* To ensure all telephone calls and requests are processed proactively and efficiently within the limits of the policy and procedures manual.

* To ensure retailers are informed of the status of their request and provided timely updates for requests that are not able to be solved within the initial call or request. Ownership of resolution from receipt of request to resolution with a high sense of urgency.

* Manage all requests for cancelation quote, cancelation processing and transfers within expected service targets and following proper cancelation rules closely.

* Provide backup and support for claim payment processing with the claims team.

* To deliver a consistently superior customer experience, ensuring that we have met all the customer's needs, answered all their questions and that then customer fully understands our decisions.

* Responsible for achieving the individual customer service targets set (i.e. Quality, AHT, and Break targets).

* Dealing with all manner of customer payment enquiries including, but not limited to, cancellations, registrations, finance enquiries & policy amendments.

* Ensuring that sufficient notes, of a suitable quality, are recorded on the core policy system after every call or action.

* Ensuring that the complaints procedure is followed where a complaint is made, including the issuing of verbal final responses.

* Intake of ancillary and GAP claims requests, support approvals and validation of necessary documentation.

General

* Maintain a positive attitude towards role and assume the positive intent of others. Where there is a potential issue to raise this in an appropriate manor as soon as possible to a

suitable manager.

* To represent the company in professional and courteous manner to external customers whether verbally or in writing.

* To be cooperative with colleagues promoting good relations and ensuring the highest quality of service at all times to internal & external contacts.

* To undertake any formal or informal training arranged by the company and attend meetings as and when required.

* Undertake other departmental duties commensurate with own skill level and job description in other areas of Operations as and when required.

* Facilitate claims payment processing.

Compliance

* To conform to all company policies in force at all times e.g. the security of corporate information, electronic mail policy, computer usage policy.

* To conform to legislative and procedural policies in force at all times.

* To ensure all property assigned is kept in good order with any faulty equipment being immediately reported to the relevant department.

Team Leadership & Program Management:

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this job is to manage the Georgia Lottery Corporations Retailer Accounts Receivables (Current, Active, NSF and Collections) and maintain related procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares periodic account aging analysis and recommends appropriate allowance and bad debt entries. Compiles and presents files recommended for write-off on a semi-annual basis.
  • Recommends and implements payment arrangements of aged/delinquent account receivables.
  • Assists Legal department with preparing schedules and reconciling payments from the Attorney Generals office for
  • collection activity involving cancelled retailers.
  • Monitors and updates internal controls, accounting, and finance procedures and recommends changes when required. Ensures most effective use of Accounts Receivable software to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Researches and resolves complex financial accounting anomalies and variances.
  • Instructs and counsels staff in coordinating activities, planning work of others, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assists with accounting and gaming software implementation and conversion processes for accounts receivable to ensure finance operational needs are met.
  • Professionally responds to questions, complaints and requests for information by telephone, in person or by mail from citizens, employees, department heads, etc.
  • Performs other duties as required.

What you'll do
  • Shipping cost optimization: Build ML models that provide accurate shipping cost estimates. Engineer new features to improve model performance. These models may use live carrier information and be both performant and explainable.
  • Underwriting: Improve Faire's Net terms portfolio by evaluating creditworthiness of retailers on Faire's platform. Use predictive modeling to dynamically assign credit terms limits that minimize default risk and maximize growth.
  • Retailer Growth & Lifecycle: Build models to automatically generate landing pages and content to target search engine demand. Use natural language processing to understand search engine keyword intent and match to relevant internal content. Build ML models to generate intelligence about retailers to power personalization. Predict retailer lifetime values to optimize retailer acquisition spend.
Qualifications
  • An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant discipline such as statistics, economics, econometrics, mathematics, computer science, operations research, etc.
  • Strong machine learning skills and 3+ years of experience productionizing machine learning models (Sklearn, XGBoost, or Deep Learning)
  • Strong programming skills (Python, Java, Kotlin, C++)
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques such as experimentation and causal inference
  • SQL or other database querying experience preferred
  • An excitement and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
Salary Range

California: the pay range for this role is $192,000 to $264,000 per year.

This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Effective starting in January 2026, employees will be expected to go into the office on a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.

Job Description: Wireless Zone, a leading Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Fowlerville, MI. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of wireless sales consultants.
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as Verizon's standards.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
