Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

As a Client Retention Specialist, you'll be engaging with Xerox and prospective clients across the United States. Your mission is to drive client retention and satisfaction in your assigned geographic territory. Key Responsibilities- Policy Development & Oversight
- Develop, update, and enforce document retention policies, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Maintain a retention schedule and manage retention lifecycle activities, including storing, archiving, or disposing of documents upon reaching their retention period.
- Regulatory Compliance Monitoring
- Monitor applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to recordkeeping and retention (e.g., financial, healthcare, or privacy rules) and update internal practices accordingly.
