Responsibilities

  • Cultivate New Client Relationships: Secure at least 150,000 in new contracted revenue annually.
  • Deliver Engaging Presentations: Present to individuals and committees with confidence and clarity.
  • Prospect Meetings: Schedule and attend a minimum of three prospect meetings per week.
  • Cross-Sell Services: Introduce and sell additional CAPTRUST services to existing clients.
  • Build Referral Networks: Develop strong relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and other referral sources.
  • Provide Fiduciary Advice: Offer expert fiduciary advice to your client base.
  • Conduct Reviews: Perform and document quarterly portfolio and plan reviews.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree; majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of direct selling experience in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, high professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
  • Licenses: Securities licenses such as Series 65, 66, 7.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Compensation

Job Summary

As the product manager within retirement plans, you will be responsible for developing new products and services, refining existing products and services, and providing support to the field and home office partners as a subject matter expert for assigned product and service lines. The Retirement Plans Specialist supports MissionSquare's small markets segment and will be responsible for providing service and education virtually to assigned client base to expand current plan enrollment and participation, increase savings levels, retain current participant base, and enhance the investment knowledge of plan participants.

This position will interact with regionally based field representatives and on occasion may engage in client facing events such as roll out of a new plan or enrollment of a new plan. Travel will be less than 20% overall.

Essential Functions for this role include:

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations engaging participants and improving their outcomes in the areas of investment education, enrollment, savings rates, outside asset acquisition, and account level retention
  • Give group education presentations on a wide variety of financial and retirement education topics to a diverse group of constituencies
  • Host Annual Plan Reviews with key decision makers of employer sponsored retirement plans with a focus on plan trends, investment, and participant education outcomes
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key plan level decision makers including elected officials, board members, union representatives, and C-suite administrators
  • Proactively schedule, organize and effectively market all daily activities and client meetings
  • Record all daily activity in contact management systems accurately
  • Identify and refer new group or individual business opportunities to the appropriate manager
If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Series 65 licensing required

**Experience Preferred**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the planning, design, implementation, communication and administration of BV retirement programs and Global Employee Ownership Plans. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the daily interface with internal clients - BV professionals, HR, Payroll, Treasury and Employee Ownership Relations in the administration of company retirement programs, deferred compensation plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Global Employee Ownership Plan (GEO).

Review fees and process invoices/wires for plan services. Manage plan transfers, eligibility, loan delinquencies and deduction adjustments as needed.
+ Manage the enrollment process and election entry for both the Puerto Rico Retirement Plan and Deferred Compensation Plan. Create and maintain Puerto Rico Plan quarterly match calculations.
+ Maintain weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reporting. Manage benefit deduction reports and prepare wires for each payroll cycle. Review non-qualified plans FICA taxable employer vested amounts and create file for payroll processing. Create and upload files to vendor site as needed. (Qtr. Adj. payroll).
+ Coordinate with ERISA counsel on Administrative Committee-approved plan design changes, amendments, and regulatory compliance.
+ Coordinate and provide deliverables for the annual qualified retirement plans audit. Ensures all plans are compliant with state and federal regulatory requirements including discrimination testing, filing of 5500 and audited financials for qualified retirement plans; trust accounting, government reporting. Provide timely and accurate information for plan audits to accountants, clients and regulatory entities.

**Minimum Qualifications**
