BroadPath is currently hiring a **Revenue Analyst** . The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for loading, reconciling, and reporting monthly health plan pay and chase revenue, as well as supporting additional revenue recovery activities. This role involves auditing, assessing, and analyzing data to ensure that health plan claims, and capitation reimbursement revenue are received in alignment with contractual agreements.
The Revenue Analyst will also manage complex cases, interpret contracts, and negotiate settlements to maximize recovery and minimize financial risk for Santa Clara IPA.

**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure timely receipt and reconciliation of pay and chase revenue files and remittance summaries from multiple health plans, verifying compliance with contractual terms
+ Perform quantitative analysis of pay and chase revenue data; evaluate results and report monthly revenue by product type and other key indicators
+ Manage the pay and chase process and database, including:
+ Analyzing health plan and internal pay and chase reports
+ Developing reimbursement requests
+ Tracking payment activity
+ Communicating exception issues
+ Escalating unresolved issues appropriately
+ Identify, research, and report significant variances between expected and actual payments; investigate trends and root causes of anomalies that may affect revenue
+ Prepare and file stop-loss claims with reinsurance carriers for high-cost or catastrophic cases
+ Provide stop-loss carriers with additional information as requested and monitor claim status to ensure timely reimbursement
+ Monitor stop-loss tracking systems, maintain claim logs, and prepare financial reports on reimbursement
+ Perform monthly reconciliation of enrollment and health plan capitation payments
+ Identify and investigate discrepancies between internal active eligibility records and health plan capitation payments
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including enrollment, finance, and IT, to resolve health plan payment variance issues promptly
+ Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis related to membership, enrollment, and capitation payments
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or data analysis within a managed healthcare setting
+ Strong understanding of managed care contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare billing practices
+ High accuracy and attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and database tools
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines

The Revenue Analyst has responsibility for the financial control of revenue contracts for all USA and CA entities.
Reporting to the Sr. Revenue Manager, Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the accounting function and statutory reporting as directed by the Revenue Manager. At AVEVA the Financial Control function has full ownership for the entity ledgers, accounting, tax, compliance, treasury and reporting.
Good controllership of revenue at AVEVA means a focus on the accuracy of our data, thorough understanding of our commercial contracts and go-to-market methods, adherence to internal controls, timely reporting of results to Group, and engagement with the wider Finance Operations team to continuously improve our processes and controls.
**Responsibilities - You will do:**
+ Manage and interface with the shared service centre and Order Entry function, taking full responsibility for the deliverables
+ Review of revenue in accordance with the master chart of accounts and dimensional structure of the enlarged Group
+ Review of contract balances (contract assets, and liabilities), ensuring that balances are accurate and they represent true picture, and they unwind in accordance with forecast and IFRS 15 requirements
+ Analytical review of contract balances and revenue, providing analysis as required to Group
+ Perform period cut-off (month/quarter/year) procedures
+ Keep up to date with Oracle functionality and process updates
+ Develop and document revenue processes and controls, identify opportunities for streamlining
+ Reconciliation between Salesforce and FDW for deals closed and revenue recognized
+ Providing details in prescribed format to tax team for generating customer E-Invoices.
+ Review of forecast revenue against actuals and reporting of variance analysis
+ Ensuring compliance with the Group's minimum internal control framework, and enhancing those controls where necessary with reference to revenue
+ Preparation for internal audit and responding to requests
+ External audit liaison and compliance
+ Reconciliation of revenue for per IFRS and US GAAP
**Required skills - You will have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from an accredited university
+ 5+ years of experience in similar roles
+ Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles related to revenue recognition
+ Software industry experience
+ Experience with Oracle and Salesforce
+ Experience documenting revenue processes and controls
+ High attention to detail
+ Experience with audit processes

The Sr. Pricing Analyst will support the standard pricing practices. With the goal of driving additional revenue and higher occupancy through pricing and revenue management, the Sr. Pricing Analyst will work closely with Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Regional Vice Presidents, and Market General Managers to drive:
- Robust pricing analytics;
- Standardized pricing processes

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop, implement, improve, and maintain robust pricing tools and best practices guides.
- Confidently manage large datasets in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, using data analytics to identify opportunities to maximize price, occupancy, and yield for all markets, media types, and advertisers.
- Consult with regional and market leaders on pricing best practices and strategy.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with business organizations (Business Management Operation, Business Unit Controller, Order Management etc.) to update revenue forecast and provide guidance on revenue actuals
+ Analyze and understand various product/service offerings and related revenue streams to ensure proper revenue recognition
+ Maintaining revenue cutoff procedures at quarter end to ensure revenue is properly and accurately recorded for the period
+ Partner with the Deal Desk and regional sales groups to understand and correctly account for large customer deals
+ Be a key contributor to the month-end/quarter end revenue close by validating accounting for revenue under ASC 606, reviewing documents, revenue account reconciliations, and performing internal controls
+ Comprehend the order to cash cycle of products with the ability to give constructive recommendations that maximized the Company's revenue outlook
+ Support ad hoc projects, including systems implementation, and process improvements related to revenue processes
+ Prepare materials for internal and external audit requirements and respond to audit inquiries
**Requirements:**
+ BS or BA in Business
+ 5-7 years of experience in Accounting / Finance
+ An ability to understand complex transactions and propose solutions to structuring issues that are compliant with Applied's policies and US GAAP.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate the effective writing of internal and external documents and to facilitate decisions and achieve results.
+ Strong proficiency in using Excel or other related tools, experience with SAP preferred
+ Proven competencies in communication, financial analysis and working across functions with different levels of management to drive results

The Area Revenue Analyst supports the strategic revenue management efforts of both the Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency San Antonio. This role plays a critical part in producing accurate and timely reporting, maintaining group pickup grids, and ensuring system accuracy to support decision-making and revenue growth. **Reporting & Analysis**
+ Accurately produce and distribute all daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports in a timely manner.
+ Regularly update and maintain **Group Pickup Grids** , ensuring accurate tracking of group pace, pickup, wash, and displacement for both properties.
