Summary of Position
The Manager of Revenue will report to the Senior Director of Revenue and is responsible for the integrity of world-wide revenue by ensuring revenue transactions are recognized in accordance with revenue policies and accounting standards. The role will provide technical expertise and seek to improve processes and controls. Serves as a partner to Beldens business units to ensure that customer contracts are accounted for in accordance with Company policies.
Dimensions
The Manager of Revenue will collaborate with others throughout the company, including but not limited to accounting associates, business unit management, tax, FP&A, supply chain, logistics, product development, and legal. The Manager of Revenue will work with outside service providers, primarily the companys external auditors, and be able to effectively articulate the Companys view on revenue recognition matters among other accounting-related concepts.
This position has a preferred location of Indianapolis, IN with alternate location options of Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO
Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue transactions to ensure data integrity and proper treatment of transactions in accordance with revenue recognition accounting standards and company policy.
- Collaborate with various teams to review and support non-standard contracts including review of negotiated contract terms and ensuring proper revenue recognition.
- Perform technical accounting research and document accounting conclusions in a memorandum.
- Assess and document key processes for revenue recognition while providing recommendations to elevate internal controls and financial integrity.
- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of key revenue controls.
- Update and document Company accounting policies related to revenue recognition, including impacts on revenue from lease accounting.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with business unit management and accounting personnel.
- Provide and support periodic revenue trainings to Beldens business units.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including the preparation of financial statement disclosures.
- Responsible for the global review of stand-alone selling price analysis for the Company.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Revenue to research, evaluate, and present on the impact of new and emerging accounting guidance, identify and recommend process and policy changes, and drive implementation rollouts.
- Ensure business units are properly utilizing revenue related accounts in the Companys consolidation system.
- Basic understanding around the application of general and complex accounting standards at a multi-national organization.
- Special projects as needed
Additonal Experience:
- Masters degree in accounting preferred and a CPA license is required
- Extensive knowledge of ASC 606, and ASC 842
- General understanding of broad accounting concepts and financial statement analysis
- Strong SEC reporting skills and extensive knowledge of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles
- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of three years of experience in public accounting
- Experience with Oracle consolidation software or equivalent
- Data analysis, querying, and report building desired
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Highly dependable and self-motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office products

A Revenue Manager manages the hotel sales and marketing plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace.
As Revenue Manager, you are responsible for analyzing and presenting financial data that will help the Sales and Senior executive teams to make well-informed decisions about potential new business and the market, in general.

Record and analyze all refused, lost, cancelled and waitlisted business for both guest rooms and conference and banquet (conference and banquet) meeting space.
Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximize on all possible opportunities and minimize any risks.
Ensure team members have current knowledge for all relevant processes, policies and promotions, as necessary, to perform their duties.
Manage staff performance in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Recruit, manage, train and develop the revenue team.

Overview:The Revenue Manager is responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for the hotel. In todays lodging environment, understanding channel and yield management is critical for maximizing revenues. The Revenue Manager is responsible for formulating long and short-term Revenue Management strategies and for overseeing their successful execution towards the advancement of RevPAR market share. This includes the analysis of revenue potential generated by the transient and group market segments as well as the market segmentation within transient and group. One will combine this with catering and space utilization as well as other revenue considerations (i.e.: golf, spa, etc.) in order to determine the appropriate mix of business to achieve revenue potentials every day of every year.
Responsibilities:- Establish hotel pricing levels in all segments.
- Responsible for the daily room inventory management process and daily pricing process.
- Monitor competitor rates, positioning, strategies and data; maintain understanding of the dynamics of the local market and demand generators and present appropriate action plans to management.
- Monitor and communicate fluctuations in occupancy to operational departments so they can effectively manage staffing requirements and increase efficiency.
- Analyze local events and activities and project the effect of opportunities they create.
- Understand the macro and micro-economic variables affecting supply and demand in the local marketplace, and use this knowledge to create accurate operational and financial room revenue forecasts.
- Perform unconstrained demand analysis to determine optimal business mix.
- Responsible for all short and long term forecasts including Weekly Forecasts, 30 60 90 Forecasts, In the month forecasts, and Full year forecasts.
- Oversee process for evaluating all opportunities for contracted business (group, wholesale, corporate negotiated, etc.) presented through the Sales department. Ensure that process enables high speed of response while maximizing profits.
- Responsible for the maintenance of any software programs which contribute to the management of rooms revenue, including the CRS, RMS, PMS and Sales & Catering system.
- Monitor RevPAR index on STR report and provide critical analysis of performance on weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare annual Rooms revenue budget.
- Chair weekly Revenue Strategy meetings in order to formulate and disseminate strategies and tactics. Ensure that prior decisions are re-visited in this forum in order to evaluate their effectiveness and promote learning.
- Prepare and present quarterly presentations to ownership.
- Ensure all distribution channels have correct content and pricing.
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with the market manager of Third Party Intermediaries to maximize the opportunities with these channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other market revenue managers and Directors of Revenue to create a network of peers in your community
- Coordinate survey activities involving marketing and service opportunities to further enhance revenue potential.
- Actively develop all subordinates, ensuring that they have opportunities to grow their Revenue Management and leadership skill base through personal attention, internal/external training and participation in industry events.
- Responsible for Internet Marketing such as pay per click campaigns, e-mail blasts, GDS advertising, etc.
- Establish and communicate sales strategy for day, week, month and rolling 12 months.
- Communicate any strategy changes or update any calendars for the sales team to use.
- Analyze prior night successes: Did the hotel sell out? Were the right decisions made for overselling? Address the opportunities in Highgate Hotel Business Review (HHBR) morning meeting.
- Place test calls to Central Reservation Office (CRO) and property to ensure accuracy of rate quoting, restrictions and selling approach.
- Manage and communicate group cut off dates. Run a group rooms control log (GRC) as well as pick up report from Property Management System (PMS) for 90 days. Verify pick up to actual block, cut off date, and whether or not you should extend, etc.
- Update the Daily Market Segment Analysis (DMSA). Ensure accuracy from the daily Flash Report. Review actual performance versus Potential performance.
- Complete all required month end reports with detailed analysis. If necessary, complete action plans for the property to follow to create additional production/revenue.
- Review Hotelligence reports for trends, booking windows and sources of business as well as rates compared to competition.
- At least 2 years experience in the Revenue Management field as manager or senior analyst
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Hotel or Hospitality Management or closely related field
- In-Depth knowledge of all industry reports such as STR, Hotelligence, Market Vision, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high stress environment
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

- Strategic Revenue Management
- Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies for new leases, renewals, and renovations across the portfolio.

- Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Analyze submarket data, competitor pricing, and rent comps to inform decisions and ensure competitive positioning.
- Conduct weekly pricing review calls with Asset Management and Property Managers.
- System Oversight & Optimization
- Oversee configurations in Revenue Management Systems (e.g., LRO/Optimize) to reflect portfolio-specific strategies.
- Audit and maintain parameters for lease terms, renewal offers, and lease expiration management.
- Oversee unit amenities assignments ensuring pricing is accurate for individual units across the portfolio based on their unique finishes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Leasing, and Investments teams to align pricing with leasing velocity, renovation strategy, and asset business plans.
- Support onboarding of new acquisitions by ensuring timely and accurate setup within revenue systems.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track pricing override behaviors, system compliance, and leasing trends.
- Produce weekly/monthly revenue performance dashboards, including variance analysis and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance ancillary revenue streams (e.g., fees, premium units).
- Stay current with revenue management best practices, market trends, and software innovations.
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or pricing strategy, preferably in multifamily housing.
- Strong familiarity with RMS tools (LRO, YieldStar, Optimize or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across teams.

Summary of Position
The Manager of Revenue will report to the Senior Director of Revenue and is responsible for the integrity of world-wide revenue by ensuring revenue transactions are recognized in accordance with revenue policies and accounting standards. The role will provide technical expertise and seek to improve processes and controls. Serves as a partner to Belden's business units to ensure that customer contracts are accounted for in accordance with Company policies.
Dimensions
The Manager of Revenue will collaborate with others throughout the company, including but not limited to accounting associates, business unit management, tax, FP&A, supply chain, logistics, product development, and legal. The Manager of Revenue will work with outside service providers, primarily the company's external auditors, and be able to effectively articulate the Company's view on revenue recognition matters among other accounting-related concepts.
This position has a preferred location of Indianapolis, IN with alternate location options of Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO
Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue transactions to ensure data integrity and proper treatment of transactions in accordance with revenue recognition accounting standards and company policy.
- Collaborate with various teams to review and support non-standard contracts including review of negotiated contract terms and ensuring proper revenue recognition.
- Perform technical accounting research and document accounting conclusions in a memorandum.
- Assess and document key processes for revenue recognition while providing recommendations to elevate internal controls and financial integrity.
- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of key revenue controls.
- Update and document Company accounting policies related to revenue recognition, including impacts on revenue from lease accounting.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with business unit management and accounting personnel.
- Provide and support periodic revenue trainings to Belden's business units.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including the preparation of financial statement disclosures.
- Responsible for the global review of stand-alone selling price analysis for the Company.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Revenue to research, evaluate, and present on the impact of new and emerging accounting guidance, identify and recommend process and policy changes, and drive implementation rollouts.
- Ensure business units are properly utilizing revenue related accounts in the Company's consolidation system.
- Basic understanding around the application of general and complex accounting standards at a multi-national organization.
- Special projects as needed
Additonal Experience:
- Master's degree in accounting preferred and a CPA license is required
- Extensive knowledge of ASC 606, and ASC 842
- General understanding of broad accounting concepts and financial statement analysis
- Strong SEC reporting skills and extensive knowledge of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles
- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of three years of experience in public accounting
- Experience with Oracle consolidation software or equivalent
- Data analysis, querying, and report building desired
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Highly dependable and self-motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office products

Job Description
The Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and implementing customized revenue strategies to optimize performance and maximize revenue across a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of revenue management software, and market conditions. Experienced property managers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized revenue management strategies aligned with company objectives to optimize performance and maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular analyses to ensure proper price positioning, forecast demand, identify market trends, occupancy rates, and specials based on competitor activity.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement surrounding revenue and occupancy.
- Utilize revenue management software to make informed pricing decisions and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with management team and work closely with onsite teams to coordinate cohesive revenue and promotional strategies.
- Participate in forecasting and budgeting at the property level.
- Monitor performance against property budget.
- Conduct regular leasing/revenue management strategy meetings and effectively respond to pricing concerns or requests.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Prepare regular revenue and performance reports to present to the executive team.
- Tour model unit, available units, and amenities at subject property and its competitors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role within the property management industry.
- Prior experience in an on-site leasing office is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or similar role in property management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with revenue management software, Yardi Revenue IQ preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Scope : Reporting to the Director of Assets,TheRevenue Manager is responsible for maximizing both potential and collected revenue at Lakeshore's portfolio of properties. This position involves analysis, oversight of processes and documents, review of performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize rent, occupancy, and collection rates.
- Oversee lease administration to generate monthly lease renewals and rent increase notices.
- Compile market analysis and recommendations to finalize amounts with Asset Management.
- Ensure all notices are accurately drafted, legally compliant, and sent in a timely manner.
- Manage market rent targets and ensure full market rent is achieved whenever applicable.
- Administer DocuSign and other tracking systems, and audit monthly rent rolls and charges.

- Maintain "toolkit" of acceptable solutions for use by Property Managers and others.

An innovative biotechnology company with a long-standing focus on developing life-changing treatments is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager. This role will support growing commercial operations by managing revenue accounting and gross-to-net (GTN) processes, helping build and optimize workflows as the organization expands. The position reports to the Associate Director of Accounting, Revenue, and will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate revenue recognition, compliance, and process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Oversee monthly commercial revenue and GTN accruals for global revenue, with a focus on U.S. operations.

- Prepare reconciliations for revenue general ledger accounts and maintain compliance with ASC 606.

- Process revenue transactions in SAP, from billing to cash application.

QUALIFICATIONS::
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in revenue or GTN accounting.
- Background in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry required.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
