We're seeking a dynamic **Risk Advisory Managing Director** with deep financial services experience, including Community Banks and Credit Unions. This role is ideal for a director-level professional who combines delivery leadership with strong go-to-market capabilities. **As a RAS Managing Director** **you will:**
+ Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across key industries and geographies, particularly in the tristate area. Identify emerging client needs and align RAS offerings to meet them.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high-impact risk solutions. Drive expansion within existing accounts and lead pursuits for new business opportunities.
+ Own and exceed growth targets through proactive business development, strategic partnerships, and collaboration with Assurance, Tax, and Advisory teams.
+ Champion the evolution of RAS offerings, including Internal Audit, Risk Management, ESG, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Analytics. Leverage technology to enhance delivery and scale.
+ Partner with RAS leadership to align resources, develop talent, and ensure high-quality delivery. Mentor emerging leaders and foster a high-performance culture.
+ Work closely with Market and Industry Leaders to align RAS strategies with broader firm priorities. Represent RAS in firmwide initiatives and external forums.
**What you bring to the role:**
+ Proven success in a **director-level** role with a strong track record of **business development and client delivery** in Risk Advisory. Financial Services industry experience is strongly preferred.
+ Deep understanding of risk and compliance across multiple industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, tech, public sector).
+ 15+ years of experience, including 10+ in a consulting or public accounting environment.
+ Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels.
+ CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar credentials preferred.
+ Experience with digital risk solutions, automation, and shared services is a plus.
+ Willingness to travel up to 50%.

**About You**
+ Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Computerized Systems compliance (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy), or Information Technology in regulated environments is highly preferred.
+ Demonstrated experience in data governance and AI solution development, preferably in risk advisory context, with specific expertise in data science, data engineering, MLOps engineering, or software engineering within regulated and agile environments.
+ Proven ability to identify and address emerging regulatory compliance risks, particularly in data science, AI, and ML domains.
+ Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and driving strategic decisions across multiple teams.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering technical training and educational content to diverse audiences.
+ Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability, with proven success navigating dynamic technological environments and building effective stakeholder relationships.
