We are seeking a Manager - Models & Methodology to join the group reporting to the Head of Models & Methodology.
**What you have**
The following qualifications are required:
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 5+ years of related work experience.
+ Demonstrated detailed knowledge of finance and/or risk management.
+ Knowledge of broker dealer and bank risk management capabilities.
+ Knowledge of Capital, Liquidity, Interest Rate and Regulatory Risk Management practices.
+ Knowledge of Enhanced Prudential Standard requirements and other relevant regulation.
+ Experienced with sweep deposit programs.

**What you'll do:**
+ Support development of comprehensive and consistent methodologies for risk modelling and measurement across Finance, ensuring safety and soundness while enabling optimization, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
+ Guide internal stress testing scenarios and assumptions as well as regulatory stress testing interpretations across Finance risk stripes.
+ Work with Finance partners and Transformation team to adopt an integrated and robust infrastructure to effectively measure and manage risk across Finance by assessing, enhancing, and evolving models and methodologies.
+ Aid in deposit pricing strategy by implementing appropriate client segmentation to optimize client growth, net interest margin and funding resilience.
+ Assist in aligning incentives to risk exposures through reliable ways for Transfer Pricing at various levels (business, product, and legal entity).

The Risk Analyst will report to the Senior Director of Risk Management, who is responsible for global Risk Management. The primary responsibilities will include insurance policy management, coordination and review; Working with various departments to compile and analyze underwriting information; Claims management, certificates of insurance, and surety bonds. Participating in risk analysis studies and the development and execution of risk management processes. Candidates must be creative, have excellent analytical and communication skills and thrive in a high-performance culture. Strong customer service to OUTFRONT’s internal customers is vital.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Partner with insurance brokers, third party administrators, and finance leadership to manage comprehensive and thoughtful global insurance and risk management programs for the company including property and casualty, worker’s compensation, cyber, and executive risk programs through analysis of internal information, meetings with business leaders, and negotiations with insurance vendors
  • Track claims, direct investigations, monitor reserves and maintain databases
  • Benchmark TPA adjuster performance
  • Compile, organize, maintain data and files for claims in litigation for discovery
  • Partner with Safety and Operations Manager to triage serious incidents
  • Develop metrics for claims by type, cause, frequency and severity in order to identify trends and communicate them to management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TPA claim’s adjusters, outside legal counsel and internal business partners

This Analyst will work to ensure requests are accurate from initiation to completion, processes are documented, reporting is captured, and process errors are identified and corrected. The role will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across cross functional teams.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Execute preventative controls across critical MS-U.S. processes including requested new Merchant locations including critical data elements like industry code, pricing and hierarchy assignment prior to submission to Global Servicing Group for action
+ Execute detective controls across critical MS-U.S. processes including reviewing requested new Merchant locations including critical data elements like industry code, pricing and hierarchy assignment post creation
+ Document all engagements and reviews
+ Identify process gaps, themes, operational risk areas
+ Action errors ensuring corrective action and document completion
+ Assist in additional identification specific risks throughout business processes and systems (along with business process owners)
+ Assist in creating improved process flows and standard operating procedure documents
+ Partner with critical cross functional teams sharing data and experiences to drive technical solutions
+ Maintain dashboards and key risk indicators (KRIs) for ongoing monitoring
+ Support sharing insights, better practices, themes, etc. across the enterprise
