- Provides assistance to Physicians and services and care to patients including escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining and recording vitals and patient history, PIF charts, other clerical duties, EMR data entry and handling telephone calls.
- Medical Assistant requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.
- This position must be certified in E Prescribe and will administer injections per physician's orders.
- High School graduate or GED.
- Certified graduate of Medical Assistant Program required
- 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred
