Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patient vitals and care needs. Suggests solutions to patient care problems & complaints
- Identify & recommend solutions to departmental problems
- Assist in assessing departmental function and productivity & recommend changes as necessary
- Assess patient/family learning needs, coordinate and carry out treatment plan
- Start IVs and accessing central lines
- Administer Infusion medication
- Mix medications
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license through the State of California

- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain at the time of hire
- 1+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN degree
- 1+ years of OB/GYN, or Labor and Delivery experience
- Pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certification or ability to obtain at the time of hire
- Experience in an ambulatory care setting and/or specialty areas
- Experience completing NSTs
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
