+ Assist with mine planning, design, and optimization projects
+ Support data collection and analysis for production and safety improvements

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of geotechnical engineers and technicians.
- Develop and oversee geotechnical investigation plans for mining projects.
- Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater data to assess geological conditions.
- Provide expert geotechnical advice on mine design, slope stability, and ground support.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for geological hazards.
- Review and approve geotechnical reports and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant mining regulations and environmental standards.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of tailings management plans.

- 10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a significant focus on mining operations.
- Proven experience in managing geotechnical projects and teams.
- Expertise in soil and rock mechanics, slope stability analysis, and foundation design.
- Familiarity with mining methods and their geotechnical implications.
- Strong knowledge of relevant software for geotechnical analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in arid or desert environments is a plus.
