The Lead General Utility Worker is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of our front and back of house facilities. The individual may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities for additional utility workers. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
**Job Responsibilities**
Trains and guides utility staff on job duties and proper safety and sanitation procedures
Ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
Maintains and cleans a dishwashing station, three compartment sink, storerooms, refrigerators, and related areas.
Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

- Appropriately escalate downtime situations to vendors and senior leadership for support to restore equipment operation.
- *Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis and Incident Review processes and implement process improvements or retraining to avoid future incidents.

All electronics systems relating to the operation, control, monitoring safety and surveillance of the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal equipment contained within the main machinery spaces

Responsible for ship's communication systems, bridge navigation equipment.

Maintenance (AMOS Monthly routines and unscheduled call outs) of mechanical, electrical, electronic equipment in Entertainment areas, including partnering with the Entertainment Technical team for support and equipment familiarization.

Basic Qualifications :
-
Electro-technical Officer Certificate of Competency
-
2+ years' shipboard experience as senior Electro-technical Officer on cruise vessels
-
Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
-
Enthusiasm about guiding other team members
-
Flexibility and a cool head in dynamic, ever-evolving environments
