Key Responsibilities

• Taking a pre-cut strip of sandpaper and running it over a glue wheel
• Feeding the strip into the proper size mandrel slot and using a hand wheel to roll the abrasive into a circular piece
• Responsible for changing mandrels based on product and specifications
• May be using an oven to bake the pieces for setting of the glue
• Prolonged periods of sedimentary work

Roll Machine Operator is responsible for all aspects of machine operation to achieve and maintain quality production. Must be able to perform die set-ups and changeovers.
