+ Minimum 5 year of experience providing engineering support for line aircraft and live aircraft operations.
+ At least 3 years of specific experience in the design and analysis of aircraft structural repairs
+ Systems/electrical engineering experience can be substituted for structural experience for this role.
+ Previous experience with one or more of the following systems: pneumatics, hydraulics, air conditioning, landing gear, water/waste, avionics, cabin furnishings
+ Previous experience with troubleshooting systems
+ Knowledge in navigating and understanding OEM standard wiring practice manuals.
+ Previous experience with OEM wiring drawings.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Strong background in repair analysis and troubleshooting.
+ Possess the ability to create substantiation reports in support of aircraft airworthiness.
+ Should be able to comprehend and be knowledgeable in FAA regulations.
+ Should possess a thorough understanding of maintenance requirements, processes, and procedures.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD (Solid Works or similar CAD software).
+ Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
+ Previous liaison engineering or MRB experience
