+ Responsible for site visits and client retention
+ Assist branches with grand openings
+ Ensure we are compliant with local and national account standards; review corporate compliance reporting
+ Ensure action plans are developed and implemented to improve SSS/control V-9 (food waste, o/s, etc)
+ Develop an account level incremental sales plan with local management; track performance and increase profitability (Owners Business Plan)

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ A Bachelor's degree is preferred; two year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
+ 3 years driving experience required.
+ Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record.
+ Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
+ Route management, retail and merchandising experience is preferred
+ Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
+ Food&beverage experience
+ Excellent communication skills required
+ Must be able to travel to client sites

**Job Summary:**
This position will ensure that the branch operations run efficiently and according to all standard operating procedures. You'll play an important role in ensuring our drivers, warehouse associates, service technicians and associate care center teams are supported and led at the highest level. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in leading teams, customer service, fleet management, safety and warehouse operations. This role is internal facing and is a part of a high functioning team, working closely with the Customer Service Managers and other key branch leaders to ensure that our associates can work in a positive and safe working environment where their needs are met.
**Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leads the team of route drivers, ensuring we maintain appropriate staffing levels with safe, well- trained drivers to meet the needs of our clients
+ Serves as the fleet champion for the branch, ensuring key performance metrics in sustainability, finance and safety are achieved
+ Leads the associate care center, ensuring the appropriate leader is in place to connect with drivers and daily tasks are completed according to Canteen policy
+ Partners with the fresh food and maxis branch leaders to validate compliance with standardized processes, meeting financial targets that drive revenue and effectively manage margin (spoilage/inventory/etc.)
+ Maintain strong communication, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, aligned with defined objectives and that results are tracked

- Assist in coordinating raw material planning activities, including maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Support the preparation of planning reports, procurement trackers, and supply status updates for internal stakeholders
- collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials in alignment with production schedules
- participate in planning meetings and contribute ideas for improving forecasting and inventory management processes
Material Planner Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning tools
- SAP is a plus
- Ability to interpret data and assist in creating clear, actionable reports and presentations
