Food Safety Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Inc., Miami, FL.

• Ensure industry-leading hospitality standards in all food and beverage areas on the Destination.

• Support the Service Operations Director and F&B Director in operational aspects of food safety to meet performance objectives, KPIs, and guest and team member satisfaction.
• Lead by example with organization, attention to detail, and excellent engagement with guests and team members.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors responsible for food and beverage operations, including production, presentation, service, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Work flexible day and night shifts as required.

All duties are performed following Companys Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, SOPs, and safety and environmental guidelines. The role involves daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Solo Driver

The Driver, Class "A" is responsible for driving a tractor/trailer for the purpose of delivering various products. This requires using excellent customer service skills and working in accordance with state and DOT regulations.

Mileage pay: .57 c/per mile + Detention time pay if warranted

Home every 7 to 10 days depending on time of year

Excellent equipment/Late model truck/trailer

Key Responsibilities

The Driver, Class "A" will be assigned duties, based on organizational needs and priorities.

• Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows. Immediately inform management team of any deviations. Routes are from Vernon, CA- Seattle, WA. while in cruise ship season and regional while out of season
• Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Contact management for authorization when discrepancies on invoice and communicate all errors/returns
• Pickup, load and unload damaged goods and customer returns, and complete necessary paperwork
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip responsibilities in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Harvest Sherwood policies and procedures
• Perform coupling/un-coupling procedures for the tractor/trailer as needed
• Complete Department of Transportation (DOT) logs (electronic or manual as required), company vehicle maintenance reports and reconcile with appropriate company representative as required
• Follow Harvest Sherwood preferred work methods at all times, and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions
• Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment
• Maintain sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer
• Perform other tasks as needed

• A minimum of one year of CDL driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• This position may require weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

The Runner-Busser is responsible for keeping inventory of transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products to ensure business and customer needs are met. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of product. Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas. Assist servers, bartenders, etc. with customer service as needed. Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Is adaptable to customer needs. Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation. Ensures security of company assets. Previous food service experience preferred. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Requires constant standing and walking. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
