Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual for the role of Sr. Systems Engineer - Workplace Automation. The Engineer implements, manages and continuously improves digital workplace technology and integrations with adjacent technologies. The engineer seeks to automate or eliminate repeatable tasks and reduce administrative overhead for themselves and workplace operations, including configuration variations, performance issues on endpoint devices and security vulnerabilities. The Engineer also collaborates with technology vendors, product managers, IT security and legal or compliance teams to ensure alignment to company policy and applicable legislation.

The candidate will make an impact by:
1. Solution Development: Lead the research, ideation, and design of innovative automation and various solutions to address user experience challenges and drive operational efficiency within the organization.
2. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development cycle of workplace automation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including business leaders, user groups, and technology partners, to understand their needs and align solutions with their expectations.
4. User Experience Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve the user experience of automation solutions by integrating user feedback, conducting usability studies, and staying updated on industry best practices.
5. Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging industry trends, technologies, and vendors related to workplace automation, performing evaluations to identify potential partnerships or solutions that align.
6. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all workplace automation solutions adhere to applicable legal, regulatory, and security requirements, safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of employee data.

Required Qualifications
5 plus years of work experience with the majority of the following:
  • Application design
  • Agile Methodology
  • UiPath - Studio, Robot and Orchestrator - 3+ years
  • .Net, VB Script, JavaScript, Python - 2+ year
