**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

About the Role

The Senior AI & RPA Solutions Consultant is an integral part of Latham's Technology and Information Services team. This role will be responsible for executing advanced business process improvements through automation and AI-powered solutions, as well as quantitatively mapping and evaluating critical business processes. This role will be located in our Downtown Los Angeles office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Identifying and assessing high-impact RPA and AI opportunities across business service functions

We'd love to hear from you if you:
  • Display a proven ability to quantitatively map and evaluate complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Possess skills in designing and executing process improvement plans based on robust data analysis, highlighting key resources and addressing operational gaps

**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with senior engineers to develop, test, and deploy programmable logic controller (PLC) programs, ensuring seamless automation and control of machinery and equipment across various industrial settings.
+ Design intuitive human-machine interface (HMI) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, empowering operators to efficiently monitor and manage industrial processes.
+ Contribute to the design and development of hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and control systems, adhering to global industry standards and ensuring reliability and performance.
+ Conduct rigorous testing and meticulous debugging of PLC programs and hardware systems, swiftly identifying and resolving issues to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
