This involves extensive documentation in the form of requirements and interface mockups, etc. The team also provides O&M for all deployed applications which includes the development of user guides and other training materials/videos, in-person training, bug tracking and resolution through ITSM, maintaining the web application server and SharePoint site collections, and facilitating requests for new functionality to existing applications as well as requests for new sites and applications.
* Web Site Support and Maintenance. The GCC maintains internal and Enterprise web portal and web-based collaborative platforms and services in support of internal operation, Enterprise mission overview, and operational collaboration. Support the Government in managing hosting support services to include access, security, auditing, and backups for the web portal and other GCC web-based collaborative platforms, services, and tools.
* Web Site Development and Maintenance. Develop, monitor, secure, sustain, and operate Enterprise NIPRNet and SIPRNet web portals and applications. On-call support 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Historically 850 NIPRNet and 500 SIPRNet event/incident/service request tickets require resolution each year. Performs the following Web site development and maintenance functions:
* Set up, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade the Enterprise NIPRNet and SIPRNet web portals. The web server and services are run on both Microsoft and non-Microsoft Operating Systems/applications.
* Provide development and administration support for GCC's content and applications hosted on web-based collaborative platforms to include SharePoint.
* Move hardware and capabilities to SIPRNet as required.
* Operate and maintain the CONUS Network Security Center (NSC) portals which provide Army leadership and Theater customers with situational awareness information regarding the status of the DoDIN-A.
* Maintain and administer web servers and perform backups of all web content.

* Ensure internal web services are Common Access Card (CAC)-enabled.
* Control web site access and monitor write, access, and edit privileges for all web sites on GCC web servers.
