Insight Global is looking for a sharp Product Marketing Manager to join a growing ecommerce and SaaS company sitting onsite in San Jose, CA. Founded in the heart of Silicon Valley in 2012, this company has built the most cutting-edge technology platform integrated with one of the biggest premium in-house print lab offerings. The integration of a fully customized software suite with lab products makes this the industry-first, all-in-one solution for professional photographers.
In this role, we are looking for an experienced product marketing leader to lend strategy and execution for this company's SaaS lab business. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this is a full-time position and is required to be onsite five days a week in their San Jose office.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Drive data-driven strategy development and executions to grow acquisition of professional photographers and conversion to customers
- Increase activation, retention, and lifetime value of customers
- Develop marketing content on company website, including web pages, videos, creatives, presale and post-order customer support content and assist channel marketers for paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Test, validate, and develop offline marketing channels for presale, account management, and business development
- Orchestrate educational programs (webinars, content marketing campaigns, in person events, influencers, trade shows) that inspire our target audience and help facilitate product education and trials
- Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to understand pain points and customer needs, which can inform product development and marketing strategies
Key Delivery Areas of Focus:
- Grow revenues for print lab business by focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Serve as the voice of the customer

- 2-3+ years of product marketing experience with demonstrated success in growing eCommerce business with a long conversion funnel
