**Job Summary**
The Regional Safety Manager (RSM) is a key member of the regional leadership team and will serve as the primary driver of food safety and occupational safety programs across multiple accounts. The RSM will work to reduce workplace injuries, improve food safety compliance, and build a proactive safety culture. This is a hands-on role that combines field engagement, training, auditing, data analysis, and leadership coaching to help units meet and exceed BAMCO's health, safety, and compliance standards. Essential Duties/Functions/Tasks:
· Lead the development and execution of a regional safety and food safety plan for the duration of the pilot.
· Conduct regular site audits focused on safety protocols, food safety practices, chemical handling, and equipment compliance.
· Investigate workplace incidents, perform root cause analyses, and guide corrective actions.
· Facilitate training programs for frontline staff, managers, and chefs on topics including injury prevention, HACCP, allergens, sanitation, PPE, and more.
