In this role, you will collaborate closely with T&E leadership and various business lines to establish and oversee team training, safety, and standard practices both on-site and across multiple test facilities. A key responsibility will be ensuring compliance with DCMA 8210 regulations. Additionally, you will manage safety trends and conduct predictive analysis to enhance operational safety. What you'll do Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for DCMA 8210-1D instruction and related contract requirements. Monitor, interpret, and implement changes to Flight and Ground Operations Procedures. Ensure timely communications to all stakeholders, internal and external. Lead internal readiness reviews and DCMA audits Develop, implement, and manage safety management system (SMS) and operational standards programs. Maintain safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists to ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and company requirements. Establish and maintain a standardized approach to creating, updating, and publishing written procedures, checklists, manuals, and other documents required for the execution of test-related and flight activities. Serve as primary liaison to the Government Flight Representative (GFR) and Government Ground Representative (GGR), as required. Serve as liaison to the Federal Aviation Administration and local airfields as needed. Serve as Aviation Safety Officer (ASO) for flight operations. Lead Safety Council to proliferate updated requirements, review lessons learned, and share ideas for the continuous improvement of test operations. Be prepared to conduct safety investigations into ground and flight test-related incidents and report findings to Anduril leadership as required. Review all incidents, track derivative issues, and ensure closure of all issues with subsequent out briefings that connect root cause analysis to root cause corrective actions. **Responsibilities:**

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ In addition to education requirements, 5 years of experience in an occupational safety role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
+ Experience using software to enter and interpret safety-related data.
+ Experience effectively delivering training to multiple levels of personnel.
+ Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
+ Must be willing to travel up to 10%.

The purpose of this position is to manage the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) function to create and sustain a productive work culture and safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize HSE related problems. - Lead the AINM investigation and documentation, as well as follow up on medical treatment, job restrictions, corrective actions, and repairs/maintenance of damaged equipment or property
- Order and maintain the supply of PPE and provide it to field personnel
- Maintain and track safety equipment such as gas monitors, tripods, and retractable lifelines
- Perform new hire safety orientations
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc safety training on a variety of topics

Who You Are

+ Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or related field)
+ 5+ years of experience in process safety role with direct involvement in conducting or facilitating PHAs.
+ Recognized certification in PHA leadership
+ Professional credentials (e.g., PE,. Functional safety competence such as FS Eng, FSP or CFSE is highly regarded)
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
+ Experience with client management and proposal development is a plus.
+ Willing to travel 25-50% for client engagements and on-site PHA sessions.

**Job Overview**
JENSEN HUGHES is expanding our industrial safety practice with a dedicated focus on solving complex challenges for manufacturing and industrial clients-particularly those with significant chemical processing, combustible dust, and high-hazard operations. We are currently seeking a Process Safety Consultant with a specialization in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) to lead and support a growing portfolio of risk assessment and safety compliance projects.
This is a strategic, client-facing opportunity for experienced professionals who are passionate about applying PHA methodologies to identify and mitigate operational risks, improve facility safety, and ensure regulatory and code compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting, facilitating, and leading PHAs across various industries.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and perform Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) using methodologies such as HAZOP, What-If, LOPA and FMEA
+ Guide clients through **PHA lifecycle management** , including PHA methodology, pre-study preparation, team coordination, study execution, documentation, and follow-up recommendations.
+ Provide consulting on flammable liquids, reactive chemistry, and other high hazard materials.
+ Analyze process safety information (P&IDs, PFDs, material data, operating procedures) to support thorough and accurate hazard analysis.
+ Prepare and peer-review high-quality, technically sound PHA reports for clients and regulatory authorities.
+ Conduct site visits to evaluate risk and compliance with NFPA, OSHA PSM, and insurer standards.
+ Support proposal development and participate in client-facing engagements to scope new PHA and process safety work.
**Desired Expertise**
+ High competency in use of one or more PHA software tools.
+ Strong familiarity with key regulations and standards including:
