Essential Functions

- Analyze quote and sales data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize sales team activity metrics, dashboards, reports, and KPI's to track sales performance and financial health.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales financial reports for senior leadership.
- Support the sales team with revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and profitability reviews.
- Align strategic goals with data insights through collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Monitor market developments, customer pricing, margins, and discounts to ensure financial targets are met.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support business initiatives and decision-making.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process with sales-specific input and analysis.
- Support development and operation of effective sales compensation programs.
- Analyze the impact of product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of the sales forecast process, making recommendations for improvements.
- Integrate sales and marketing information and present it in the best form for executive stakeholders.
- Automate report generation and data visualization using relevant tools and programming software.
- Work with the VP of Sales to develop annual sales budget (revenue and sales costs).
- Prepare and distribute annual quota.
- Interact with regional sales management to provide business case justification for recommended pricing changes and contract development.

- Design and execute effective contract management, client payment, and rebate programs.

- Function as a proactive, consultative business partner who works with key brand stakeholders to inform business decisions through robust analyses and development of actionable insights
- Leverage data from large syndicated pharmaceutical data sets (such as those from IQVIA) and internal data sources to provide a comprehensive view of the performance for the brand as well as the market, while noting strengths and limitations of the data / approach
- Have the ability think critically and strategically to solve complex business questions with internal and external data sources (pharmaceutical, patient, consumer, etc).
- Act as a strategic partner with brand/marketing teams to proactively identify business opportunities and communicate insights through secondary data mining
- Collaborate with cross functional partners across the alliance to integrate analytics information and insights with other information sources, such as market research
- Work with cross functional teams (such as sales operations and forecasting) to communicate brand strategy and insights to enhance processes/deliverables across the organization
