In this role, you will:

+ Educate and enable stakeholders to use available reporting tools and dashboards.
+ Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
+ Develop and maintain robust reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
+ Drive reporting standardization and best practices.
+ Partner with our internal Analytics team on data set, data model and dashboard prioritization.
**To be successful in this role you have:**
+ 7+ years experience performing analytics and reporting for a software sales organization.
+ Demonstrated analytical expertise by managing and analyzing large datasets using Power BI and Excel and consistently leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams.
+ Proven ability to construct an executive level presentation, telling a story with data and insights.
+ Demonstrated ability to evaluate intake requests, prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Manager, Retail Customer Sales Operations is responsible for leading the creation and execution of the trade promotion programs, working with the Retail Channel Sales and Retail Channel Marketing teams. + Manages MDF (market development funds), trade advertising (agency/creative development) and co-marketing budgets within Retail Gross to Net programs.
+ Participates in business and customer planning process, creating templates and coordinating planning with Sales to ensure account managers have the relevant tools to execute.
+ Liaises between sales team, operations, consumer promotions and the graphics department, providing sales/customer, as well as category insights.
+ Provides support and oversight to in pre/post analysis, new item launch and forecasting processes.
**Requirements**
+ BS/BA required.
+ Minimum five (5) years' experience in consumer-packaged goods/OTC product portfolio, with an understanding of analytics and the ability to work effectively within the broader organization within deadlines.
+ Understanding of the consumer-packaged goods trade environment.
+ Must have very good communication skills (written/verbal).
+ Experience in TPM and analytics, with at least one (1) year experience running and analyzing TPM programs in a system like Salesforce or similar.
+ Must have skills in customer management with an external focus, as well as business acumen.
