What are the m ain responsibilities ?

  • Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez' visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita , Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondel?z' guidelines for merchandising .
  • Ensure Sales Representative's negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondel?z management team.

What can you expect from us ?

  • The base salary range for this position is $31,300 to $54,400; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

  • In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
