This is a 1099 commission-only position. You will earn 5–7% of closed job revenue, plus mileage reimbursement and performance bonuses. Commissions are calculated and paid weekly. There is no base salary or hourly wage.
About the Role
House Doctors of Orlando is seeking a professional, self-motivated Sales & Estimating Specialist to manage in-home consultations and estimate follow-up across our Central Florida territory. The role is based in DeLand and covers the I‑4 corridor between West Volusia and Altamonte Springs, including Debary, Lake Mary, Sanford, and surrounding communities.
This role is well-suited for an individual who understands residential project scopes and thrives in a consultative sales environment. You will meet with homeowners, assess needs, prepare detailed written estimates, and support the client throughout the decision-making process.
We also welcome candidates interested in helping us develop strategic partnerships with over-55 communities, realtors, and senior-serving organizations to grow our aging-in-place offerings. You will be an important contributor to both revenue and brand development.
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-home client meetings for estimate requests (all leads are inbound and pre-qualified) • Assess scope of work, document site conditions, and prepare professional estimates • Ensure margin accuracy and pricing integrity using provided tools and templates • Follow up with clients to answer questions and secure commitment • Coordinate closely with field team to validate feasibility and schedule workflow • Represent the brand at local networking events, home shows, or community expos (as needed) • Offer insight and feedback to management on marketing strategies and outreach efforts
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in home improvement, residential estimating, or in-home sales • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills • Confidence in walking job sites, visualizing projects, and discussing budgets • Basic proficiency with email, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (ServiceTitan a plus) • Organized, self-disciplined, and client-focused • Clean, professional appearance and reliable transportation
Compensation & Perks

- Read and understand salesmen notes and specifications to confirm proper paper work is created.
- Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time.
- Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with superiors, co - workers, builders and inspectors.
- Visit construction sites and observe methods of construction to gain additional insight that will assist in accurately estimating jobs
- Develops and maintains resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, etc.

Pricing Strategy acts to set overarching deal and product pricing strategies, provides guidance on value to help inform the negotiation strategy, and creates standard offer designs and target profitability for each business unit or customer segment.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Provide market pricing intelligence, pricing analytics and pricing recommendations to the Marketing and Sales teams.
+ Understand Product and Category strategy, financial objectives, and Pricing expectations.
+ Manage the execution of a wide variety of price realization initiatives and ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business opportunities.
+ Data analysis and financial modeling, applying analytics and data visuals to extract insights and effectively draw applicable recommendations.
+ Collaborates effectively across functions in Marketing, Sales, FP&A, and within the US based Revenue Management organization to design, execute and/or enhance processes and tools.
+ Communicates key pricing insights across the organization, while being comfortable when challenged
+ Supports profitability analysis via pricing lens for business transactions and customer RFPs
+ Ability to grasp economic concepts, commercial processes, systems, and controls.
+ Refresh and lead quarterly or semi- annual medical products pricing strategy reviews with Marketing organization
**_Qualifications_**
+ 4-8 years of experience, preferred
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ Experienced in Microsoft office, and SQL

**Anticipated salary range:** $79,700 - $113,800

Revenue Management is responsible for developing, communicating, and leading the execution of market strategy and profitability optimization through pricing and value-capture activities at both the strategic and tactical levels. The group uses modeling, analytics, and econometrics to create pricing strategies for our products and services.
