We are seeking a Sales Strategy Analyst to join our Sales Strategy team. This role reports to the Sales Strategy Senior Manager to translate brand and business strategies into effective customer execution. You’ll act as the bridge between cross-functional teams and the customer-facing sales organization—ensuring our strategies come to life in-market, building strong customer partnerships, and fueling profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Maintain and update key sales tools, including the national display catalog, selling decks, SKU rankers, and price lists.
- Support development and execution of display and special pack programs—managing opportunity assessment, strategy, forecasting, and execution in partnership with Marketing, Project Management, and Supply Chain.
- Assist in new product innovation sell-in, providing customer inputs and sales support.
- Track customer planning timelines, distribution decisions, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for the sales team, providing guidance on how to best deliver against brand and marketing strategies.
- Drive clear communication across customer-facing teams, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
Requirements Include the Following:
- 1–3 years of experience in CPG; personal care experience preferred.
- Background in sales strategy, trade management, analytics, business development, or category management.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
- Experience across multiple channels, ideally Mass, Dollar, Grocery, and Convenience.
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to impact decisions both internally and with customers.

Are our Sales Strategy Intern, you will be responsible for consolidating results, running reports, providing strategic insights, and leading analytical efforts across multiple projects. Wip is seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Director of Sales Strategy and Operations to lead the development and execution of our sales strategy, planning, operations, and business intelligence efforts. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Translate company goals into actionable sales strategy, targets, and KPIs.
- Define and optimize channel mix based on revenue potential, velocity, and commercial viability.
