**Overview**
**THE ROLE:**
The Distributor Initiatives Deployment Team is seeking a strategic and execution-focused team member with AI first mentality to manage the rollout of key sales growth-oriented initiatives. This role is critical in supporting the success and growth of Herbalife Distributors through the introduction of new sales growth initiatives, promotional programs such as limited-time incentives or seasonal campaigns, and digital tools that can help Distributors grow their business.
**HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:**
1. **Strategic Planning and Execution**
+ Participate in strategic planning and lead the execution of distributor-facing initiatives.
+ Craft and drive pre-launch, launch, and adoption strategies for new sales growth initiatives such as promotional programs and introduction of digital tools to be used by our Distributors.
+ As the Business Lead, brief and guide the creative team to create the assets needed for launch and adoption of sales programs including digital tools by taking the audience and business objective in mind.
1. **Project Management**
+ Own project timelines, resource planning, and budget tracking for initiatives, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
+ Responsible for providing feedback on launch assets for various distribution channels.
+ Manage multiple concurrent projects and interdependencies across functions and regions.
1. **Interdepartmental Collaboration**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as content creation/creative, Training, Digital Office, Communications, Marketing, Key Account Management, Data, Operations, and regional teams.
+ Ensure alignment and integration across departments during pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases of new initiatives.
1. **Performance Monitoring and Analysis**
+ Track adoption metrics, engagement rates, and effectiveness of initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data and provide insights and recommendations to improve adoption
