Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, you will work within an engagement team to design, implement, and optimize Sales Performance Management solutions to drive sales effectiveness and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Helping companies maximize the return for their digital sales enablement and sales operations infrastructure investment
+ Working with Sales and Operations leaders to deliver the best-in-class services for planning, designing, deploying, and supporting digital sales technology tools
+ Preparing for and leading Discovery workshops to document and validate detailed user stories
+ Addressing sales planning and/or sales compensation issues across different business sectors
+ Offering end-to-end solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support and administration support
+ Acting in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of other colleagues
+ Responsible for business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
+ Contributing to the internal development of our practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology and toolkit development, and recruiting

Qualifications
Required
+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experience
+ Minimum of four (4) years of experience designing and configuring solutions in Anaplan, Varicent, Pigment, Spiff, or SAP Commissions
+ Ability to travel at least 50% of the time on average based on the work you do and the clients and industry/ sectors you serve
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
+ Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA)

**Jefferson Wells** is growing in Georgia and Florida! We are excited to announce that Jefferson Wells is hiring Directors of Client Strategy and Business Development. The Director, Client Strategy & Business Development is responsible for building and managing a market/territory in collaboration with practice directors and fulfillment teams. Responsibilities include partnering with prospects, new and existing clients, to provide solutions within Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance, Finance & Accounting, Tax and Business Optimization.
**Responsibilities**
+ Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory (Georgia or Florida). Develop a pipeline of opportunities that drives GP$ goals. Keep client information and sales leads up to date in CRM.
+ Lead market efforts. Own the relationship with the client - develop meeting activity and business conversations, drive the entire sales cycle, represent solutions that bring business results for your clients, manage client relationships, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services. Build relationships with practice directors and consultants and manage overall client satisfaction.
+ Student of the firm in understanding and positioning thought leadership in Jefferson Wells practice areas, cross brands, and leveraging the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.
**Experience**
**Required**
+ **Experience** : 7+ years career experience and understanding of finance and accounting, internal audit, risk, compliance, or tax. Experience with a previous public accounting or professional services firm a distinct advantage.
+ **Sales** : Experience representing/selling to Finance decision makers. Ability and drive to accomplish consultative sales approach - prospecting and sales activities (Strong prospecting, territory planning, pipeline development, management of RFP/proposal process, negotiations, and close skills).
+ **E** **ducation:** Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting/Finance/Economics, or related field.

+ **Industry knowledge:** Strong business acumen; Experience in Jefferson Wells core practice areas.
+ **Experience prospecting to open doors and get meetings.**

Your primary focus ispipeline generation and appointment setting.

  • Qualify & Convert - Engage decision-makers to understand their current and future needs related to construction, space and scalability. Qualify prospects based on established criteria and articulate the Fabricon Modular value proposition.
  • Book Meetings -Successfully schedule and confirm qualified first appointments for the Account Executive team, effectively transitioning warm leads into active pipeline opportunities.
  • Nurture Leads -Manage and nurture early-stage leads who may not be ready to buy today, ensuring they remain engaged and informed until they are sales-ready.
  • CRM Management -Utilize our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system daily to meticulously log all activities, maintain accurate contact records, and track pipeline progressyour data integrity is paramount.
  • Market Intelligence - Become an expert on key vertical markets (ie. education, QSR, commercial) and utilize market data, public records, and online alerts to identify emerging project opportunities.
  • Consultative Sales Support -Assist the Account Executives by preparing basic initial quotes/proposals when appropriate, clearly outlining the recommended modular solution and its value.


What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience)

To excel as a Fabricon Modular BDR, you'll need passion, persistence, and a competitive drive.

  • Experience -Minimum 1 year of successful B2B inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics.
  • Communication -Exceptional verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and confidently over the phone. Strong, detail-oriented written communication is a must.
  • Grit & Resilience -A persistent, self-motivated approach with high energy and initiative. Must be comfortable hearing "no" and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Tech Savvy - Proficiency with CRM software (ie. Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Must be able to manage a busy calendar and complex email campaigns.
  • Location - Must be able to work on-site at our Jacksonville, FL headquarters.


Preferred Qualifications

  • A Two-year degree or higher (ie. General Business, Marketing, Communications).

Essential Functions:

As a Surface Experts Business Development Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.

In the Field Daily

  • Meeting with 12-15 contacts a day.

Customer Relationship Development

Follow Sales Process

  • Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice
  • Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between
  • Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
  • Planning and executing sales strategy for territory
