Job Description
I am writing this for those who have a real estate background and are ready to take their leadership to the next level.
If that is not you, stop reading right now.
But if it is, then lean in, because what I am about to share with you may be the most important opportunity of your career.
Here is the truth: the market is shifting, the economy is uncertain, and more and more consumers are choosing the real estate brand they trust. That brand is KLRE.
While other companies are begging for business, chasing portals, or paying referral fees, we are flooded with opportunities. Our marketing, our brand power, and our reputation generate more high-quality seller leads than any team in the industry can handle. These are KLRE leads. Built by us. Fueled by us. Trusted by consumers across the region.
On top of that, thousands of agents apply every single month to join this company. Why? Because they know this is where the opportunity is. At KLRE, the business is chasing us.
That kind of demand requires strong leadership. And that is why I am writing to you.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who loves coaching, who loves developing people, and who thrives on seeing human beings transform. Not just transactions. Not just numbers. Human beings.
Think about a Division 1 college coach. They are obsessed with helping players go from point A to point B. They live for the growth stories. They demand discipline, effort, and commitment. But in the end, they help people become more than they ever thought they could be. That is what this role is all about.
If you get excited about coaching, about holding people accountable, about pushing them to new levels, and about celebrating their breakthroughs, then you will love this role.
We understand that there are those in the industry who think of us as competitors, and at times they may judge a book by its cover because they do not know what the inside is really like. But here is the reality: consumers are who we serve, and that is where our focus will always be. Homeowners and buyers trust us. They love us. And that is why our brand continues to grow.
And let me be clear: this is not a paper-pushing management job. This is not about sitting behind a desk staring at reports. This is hands-on leadership. You will be in the trenches with your team every single day. You will coach them, guide them, challenge them, and lead them. You will set the standard for energy, urgency, and excellence.
And the best part? When you help your team grow, you grow too.
This role is not just about changing the lives of the agents you lead. It is about changing your own life. This is a launchpad. The right Sales Manager in this seat will grow faster, learn more, and unlock bigger opportunities than they ever thought possible.
If you are growth-minded, our community will help you transform into the next level of leadership. We have countless success stories of people who joined KLRE and developed into not just stronger professionals, but better human beings. That same opportunity is waiting for you.
Now, let’s talk about what makes KLRE different.
Most companies talk about growth. We actually live it. We are the only brand in real estate with unlimited growth opportunities because of our scale. And for the right candidate, we will build a compensation plan that rewards performance at a level most managers in this industry never experience.
But here is the non-negotiable: real estate experience is required. You have to know this business. You have to understand the urgency, the discipline, and the grit it takes to succeed. Without that, you cannot lead our people.
So here is the question: are you ready?
Are you ready to coach? Ready to lead? Ready to take everything you know about real estate and use it to build people, build results, and build a career that puts you in a category of your own?
If the answer is yes, then apply right now. Tell us why you are the one.
Because we are going to hire a Sales Manager who will never want to leave.
And if you are still debating whether you are ready, you probably are not. We are looking for someone who knows they are built for this moment.
The right Sales Manager here will not just lead a team. They will transform lives. Starting with their own.
– Kris Lindahl
PS: If you are the kind of leader who knows they are ready, prove it. Apply now.
