Reporting into the Sales Operations VP, you will will be at the forefront of Experian's evolving go-to-market journey. You will design and implement strategies to mature our main sales focus areas, including go-to-market sales structure, role and skill development, and compensation plans.
We are looking for a sales expert, a strategy builder, a change maker, and someone who can turn ideas into plans and action. You will not only make the recommendations but also help make them happen.
While you will have no direct reports, the role will manage senior partners, sales and revenue operations relationships across Experian HR, Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership in all regions and will also collaborate with industry consultants and advisors.
+ Assess current B2B sales functions and industry best practices. Recommend and design tailored sales strategy and commercial solutions for Experian's evolving go to market.
+ Revamp sales organizational structures, focusing on subscription/SAAS models and roles, including the Client Success Manager.
+ Recommend changes to compensation models that are motivating to sellers and achieve growth for the business. Large focus on multi year deals, subscriptions, and compensation related to new business/ growth.
+ Partner with global sales teams to implement sales transformation solutions, ensuring long-term success.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external consultants and advisors.
+ Be a leader/owner of important projects that support our Sales and Business Strategy.
+ 5+ years experience with sales transformation and go- to market.
+ Experience within a Sales/Revenue Operations department, or similar in a Technology related business.
+ Demonstrated work in sales go to market including knowing the best practices around change management, building tech sales strategy, measuring sales performance, and promoting sales transformation.
+ Can show examples of Sales go-to-market Design: Org/ Roles/ Goals.
+ Knowledge of sales metrics.
+ Experience improving sales discipline to improve performance.
+ Present to large and executive sales audiences in person and virtually.
+ Work within an SAAS Enterprise, Global organization.
