As a Sales Manager with Westlake Direct, LLC dba LoanCenter, you will be planning and managing day-to-day sales activities associated with increasing Westlake's market share and profitability. The successful Sales Manager will successfully increase lead conversions and increase Westlake's market share. Other key responsibilities include development and implementation of new Projects, Policies, Strategic Partnerships and Procedures for the Organization to achieve objectives.The successful candidate will possess a strong leadership background and a deep understanding of Sales Processes.Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to)Lead ManagementOversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion of sales leads.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting for all sales staff.Ensure the sales team is equipped with the right tools and resources to maximize lead conversion.Staff ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear targets to achieve sales goals.Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance individual and team efforts.Project ManagementLead and support various sales-oriented projects designed to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and increase sales.Collaborate with other leaders of the organization and departments to complete projects.
