About the Role

We are seeking two Regional Sales Managers to join our high-performance commercial team in the fast-growing cardio medical device market. Each Regional Sales Manager will drive sales strategy, manage key accounts and Territory Sales Managers, and expand adoption of our innovative cardiovascular device portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a proven closer with strong clinical and business acumen, capable of managing complex hospital sales cycles and building relationships with cardiologists, surgeons, and healthcare executives.

Responsibilities
  • Through your Territory Sales Managers drive sales growth and achieve/exceed territory revenue goals.

  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with hospitals, cardiology practices, and healthcare networks.

  • Manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.

  • Deliver clinical and business presentations to physicians, administrators, and purchasing committees.

**Job Summary**
The Sr. Trainer - Sales Leadership is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing high-impact sales leadership training programs that align with SHI's business goals. This role focuses on upskilling current and emerging sales leaders, driving sales performance, and partnering with sales and business leaders to build a culture of continuous learning and commercial excellence. The ideal candidate brings advanced sales experience, proven sales leadership, and a track record in developing and coaching sales leaders.
**Role Description**
+ Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, and L&D to assess skills gaps, identify business priorities, and define training objectives for sales leaders and managers.
+ Design, develop, and deliver best-in-class training programs covering sales strategy, coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and leadership development.
+ Utilize data (KPIs, performance metrics, feedback) to measure training impact and continually iterate on content for maximum ROI and business alignment.
+ Coach and mentor sales leaders to build high-performing, accountable teams that consistently achieve targets.
+ Lead and facilitate engaging workshops, bootcamps, webinars, and cohort-based learning experiences for new and tenured sales leaders.
+ Oversee the curation, creation, and governance of sales leadership training content; ensure all materials are current, relevant, and aligned with SHI's business objectives.
+ Partner with Sales Enablement and Product/Marketing teams to ensure sales leaders are equipped with the latest tools, resources, and competitive insights.
+ Stay current with sales methodologies, enablement best practices, adult learning principles, and technology trends.
+ Support the onboarding and continuous development of new sales leaders and managers.
+ Leverage SHI's LMS and analytics tools (e.g., SHI Learn, CRM, PowerBI) to track engagement, adoption, and outcomes.
+ Deliver training globally as required (North America, EMEA, APAC).
+ Conduct in-person and online training sessions for SHI employees.
+ Facilitate Learning by incorporating a variety of presentation methods and applications to accommodate different learning styles, including classroom instruction, virtual, and blended learning.
+ Develop and present learning content specific to sales and technology acumen, internal systems and tools, operational processes, and professional development.
+ Create new training courses and programs using various training vehicles such as video, documentation, and practical exercises.
+ Continuously update and enhance training curricula based on department or companywide training initiatives.
+ Organize and maintain content in platforms such as SHI Learn, Brainshark, MSFT Teams, and other internal SharePoint sites.
+ Collaborate to adapt existing training materials for use in the SHI Learning Management System and promote its use company-wide.
+ Maintain records and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, and other relevant metrics.
+ Offer feedback, support, training, and guidance to employees and fellow members of the Learning & Development team.
+ Identify ways to improve learning effectiveness and delivery methods to continually enhance the training experience.

**Other Requirements**
+ Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
+ 3+ years of experience in a Training, L&D, Sales Enablement, Sales role, or a combination preferred
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B Sales, including direct sales leadership and management roles.
+ Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing Sales Managers or Leaders.
+ Experience with development program design, delivery and measuring impact at scale.
+ Ability to travel multiple times a year or 10%, both independently and with a group.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Professional certifications in sales, enablement, or leadership development (e.g., Challenger, Miller Heiman, Sandler, CPLP/ATD, etc.).
+ Experience with modern content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, SnagIt, Rise).
+ Familiarity with sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.
+ Experience supporting global sales teams across multiple regions and cultures.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $0,000 - 120,000 which includes a base salary. The Polaris Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) accelerates career development for recent college graduates who wish to further develop core business, leadership, and sales competencies. Our unique two-year development program allows you the opportunity to work in roles within Sales to build a solid business foundation and gain leadership and field experience.
Through your business rotations, you will be given challenging assignments to accelerate your career development for future positions of significant responsibility. The variety of work gives you an introduction to what working at Polaris is all about and helps you decide where you can best apply your interests to meet the company's needs. During this program, you will also establish mentor relationships with our business leadership that will continue throughout your career with Polaris. **The Selection Process:**

**DP Relocation Assistance:**
Polaris offers a relocation program through our mobility vendor for employees who qualify. Benefits include a lump sum payment, self-haul moving package, lease cancellation/duplicate housing reimbursement, and access to a relocation counselor. The counselor will explain available resources and assist in securing short-term housing. You will be responsible for daily transportation to and from the office.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ A bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in Sales, Marketing, or other related field, with a graduation date between August 2025 and June 2026.
+ Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
