Effectively achieve the targets within market segments and technologies. Plan and perform a broad range of sales management functions with the Inkjet Sales Manager Team to identify and evaluate specific opportunities. Develop and execute strategies and plans to penetrate the market for inkjet digital devices and related products within the market assigned segments.
Responsible for overseeing the development of new business, maintaining and growing existing business so that the Company gains a significant share of the highly competitive inkjet press market in the commercial print space as well as other markets.
The preferred location for this position is near a major airport.

**Responsibilities**
+ Implement company sales strategy, including sales method, tracking and monitoring.
+ Achieve the targets within market segments and technologies
+ Provide direction and assist direct reports in the development and execution of plans and strategies for penetrating and developing profitable sales volumes in assigned specialty product markets.
+ Provide direction and assist staff in the identification of new accounts, prospects, sales calls, and preparation and presentation of business proposals for assigned accounts.
+ Develop and train Inkjet Sales Manager skill sets on a continuous basis to ensure cost-effective achievement of sales objectives and budgets.
+ Focus on both Cut Sheet and Roll-to Roll Inkjet Technologies
+ Develop strategies to achieve both Cut Sheet and Roll-to Roll Inkjet Sales Goals and Budgets.
+ Builds and maintains a valuable business relationship with key customers and prospects, positioning Fujifilm as a valued business partner, and themselves as a valued business resource, providing solutions that benefit both companies.
+ Provide up-to-date information regarding market trends, developments and other activity, customer and competitor activity. Prepare reports as required.
+ Develop and implement product sample policies with Director of Sales and Marketing Product manager.
+ Teach, reinforce, and exemplify value added relationship selling practices within the sales team.
+ Control territory costs within established budgets levels for T&E, auto, IT, consigned equipment, sample product, and other areas as determined by the company.
+ Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
+ Manage administration and relevant reporting, planning and forecasting systems.
+ Manage departmental communications.
+ Participates in Industry events, trade shows, and company functions as requested.

**Required Skills/Education**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
+ 5+ years sales experience in Graphics/Printing and Capital Expenditures Industry
+ 5+ years sales and territory management
+ Previous experience managing and leading a team
+ Ability to work with a high level of integrity and with minimal supervision.
+ Extensive knowledge of the graphic communication industry
+ Solid understanding of commercial offset printing processes, applications, equipment, technologies, markets and competition

Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all channel sales activity within the assigned territory. The manager is expected to increase market share through new and existing accounts within the assigned territory via a mix of sales and marketing activities. **The candidate must reside in Utah or Colorado.**
These activities will include developing and managing a network of metal fabricators, promote and sell the ALPOLIC brand of composite materials into various architectural market segments. The manager will have direct sales responsibilities in the designated territory and will work under the Director of Sales and in cooperation with other company staff in a team effort to provide a complete sales solution to all customers.
Principal Accountabilities
+ Meet or exceed revenue expectations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
+ Assist in forecasting revenue and volume projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
+ Develop, execute, and manage a sales business plan that adheres to the company business and code of conduct policies.
+ Proactively support, manage, grow, and leverage the company customer network located both within and outside the assigned territory as necessary.
+ Continually develop and manage a qualified pipeline of targeted opportunities.
+ Proactively identify customer satisfaction concerns, report and actively participate in the problem resolution process.

**Education:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Business, Engineering, or related technical degree
**Experience:**
+ 5 years + Direct experience selling building materials to the Architectural/building envelope industry.
+ Experience in delivery of technical presentations to large groups
+ Experience in selling building materials B2B.
+ Direct experience relevant to product launching, promoting, and marketing to the building industry.
+ General understanding of construction blueprints
+ Experience selling using consultative sales approach to different Architectural market segments.
+ Proven track record in attaining and/or exceeding defined revenue.
+ Experience with construction specification processes
**Knowledge:**

**Your Opportunity**
The **Regional Sales Manager - Growth (RSM)** is responsible for driving market share and revenue growth for the Clinical Decisions product portfolio within hospitals, healthcare systems, physician groups, and medical associations across the Northeast Region, with an ideal locaiton in the Mid Atlantic area. This role involves leading the sales process, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts. As the primary growth leader in the territory, the RSM will focus on maintaining a high renewal rate, expanding customer engagement by introducing new products, and increasing usage across healthcare facilities. The RSM plays a pivotal role in achieving growth targets by executing effective sales strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate will bring substantial sales leadership experience, a proven track record of meeting objectives, and a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry.
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)
**What You'll Do**
+ Work as a key member within a POD team that includes Customer Success, Implementation, and an Account Executive.
+ Develop a strategic plan to achieve specific territory targets, including prospecting, outreach, social media engagement, and face-to-face meetings with new prospects within existing clients, as well as building and maintaining relationships with current customers to ensure they gain the full value of EBSCO and drive business expansion.
+ Retention of existing revenue as well as the development of new opportunities in existing accounts to achieve an established sales growth and renewal quota each fiscal year.
+ Provide formal pricing proposals, appropriate literature, and coordinate trials with Account Executive as appropriate.
+ Travel: (70%); including attendance of conferences and sales meetings.
+ Achieve an expert level of knowledge of EBSCO products and competition.
+ Provide input from the market for product development and marketing purposes.
**Your Team**
You will be welcomed as a member of the Clinical Decisions team, a team of about 40 people as well as members of the Sales and Marketing teams. You will also work in a POD, which includes a cross functional team supporting specific customers within a specific territory. **About You**
+ 7+ years of sales experience; preferable in the medical field and a strong understanding of SaaS B2B sales
+ Strong medical acumen and understanding of health care system
+ Outstanding presentation skills
+ Previous experience with travel and the ability to travel up to 70%.
+ Must reside within the designated territory
+ Proven communication, follow-up, and sales skills are essential
+ Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong understanding of how to manage and grow a customer base collectively
